First off, both are pretty gory. Blood-C a little more so, but they both have the hack-and-slash. Both of the main characters fight demons, but in Claymore the main character is part demon. Both are very interesting, and worth the watch.

Both are about tennis, and both main characters are about the same age. Both are very discriptive in moves and such, and Prince of Tennis and Baby Steps both are a very enjoyable read.

If you liked Alive: Saishuu Shinkateki Shounen add

...then you might like Mirai Nikki add

Both have a similar art style, and have phyco characters. While Mirai Nikki has a murer game, in Alive they have to kill to stay alive and such. Same concept really, it's just not viewed as a game. Lots of fighting and love friendship in Alive, where more romance and fighting in Mirai Nikki. But the entire time I was reading Mirai, I was thinking of Alive. Both are completed.

If you liked Zion no Koeda add

...then you might like Boku wa Subete wo Shitteiru add

Both of the main characters are doctors. Both Yaoi, and is slightly explicit. Zion no Koeda is a little more hardcore, and also has a little torture, but it is still a very enjoyable read. I wouldn't recommend either if your looking for a very serious, great plot, ect. But very casual and a little cliche.

Dear School Gang leader, a girl hits someone trying to protect herself, and is proclaimed the strongest in the school, without wanting to be. Another "gang" manga, very interesting from what I've read.

Beelzebub is fighting manga, with the main character a very strong gang, rebel type person. Very funny and hilarious, just like Oresama Teacher.
