I have to say, I'm surprised no one has given this heart-warming manga a review. I came across this manga from boredom and I'm glad I did. The story starts with a girl finding out all her expenses have been paid already and finds out someone has been looking after her. She calls him, "Daddy Long Legs". The story goes from there and we witness her journey to find who "Daddy Long Legs" really is.

I thought i knew how the story was going to go, but I was totally wrong.I'm not going to give any more hints on what happens but I assure you, the ... ending will leave you a great impact and you won't be able to forget this manga. Honestly, I don't cry that easily, but this manga made my heart melt and I coudn't help but to shed at least a few tears.I HIGHLY recommend this manga !

i've encountered this manga a year ago and i sure am glad i did. Reading this manga was like riding in a rollercoaster of emotions. I remember going: "awww how cute", "BWAHAHA my stomach hurts form laughing", and there were also times when i feel like tearing up. This manga was a really great example of how far girls would go through just to get a guy and what couples may face in real life. well lets break it down to parts shall we?

STORY: ... 9
i gave it a 9 because well, first of all its a shoujo so we ALL know that its the typical boy meets girl, they get together, the end. right? yes. but this story isn't just about that, it points out all the hardships a couple may go through in real life and how they deal with them. After Yoh met Haruna everything changed for him and that's true for people in real life. It's also a little unbelievable how Haruna tries SO hard getting a guy in the first place..but that IS the funny part of this manga.

ART: 9
the art is decent looking and the characters were drawn so good that you can tell right away what they're feeling.

CHARACTER: 10!
the characters are what make this story so great ! Haruna is soo hilarious and Yoh is just so cool and cute at the same time.

AFTER finishing the manga, i wanted more of it. ive read this manga like 100x already and i still couldnt get enough of it. As i said before it was like an emotional roller coaster. one page can leave you laughing your tears out and the next page can make you blush.

I must say this has got to be one of my favorite mangas. im speechless and no words can ever describe how great this manga is.

i finished this story in just two days...like any shoujo manga, girl finds boy, they fall inlove, happily ever after. The story was kinda predictable so it won't be as exciting as you hope it would be. I loved this story because it relates to the reality of a couple's hardships of being together (getting approval of parents..love triangles..etc.) Like i said, it was pretty much predictable of what would happen in the next few chapters. So if you're into shoujo mangas, then this one is for you.

just a short plot: Mikako and her sister lost her parents when they ... were young..and so adopted by another pplz. Her older sister will be meeting a guy for marriage(omai??not shure) and she investigates the guy by moving in with him in his apartment and they fall inlove..(just so u noe..all these things happen in the very first chapter). For the next chapters, they'll experience the hardships and many other things.

this anime is probably the first anime i ever saw..since i was a kid in the philippines LMAO:) it brings back so many memories.. i think i was like 6 or 7 years old..well now im 14 yrs old. The art i gave an 8 cuz..well..ya'll noe its old but its a classic for me:) but over all the story is great...i was addicted to the theme song back den..(i think im still into it)..everytime the show starts i sing along whaaAA wEEE....I GIVE this anime a 10/10;]
