As a gamer I was hoping for a little more to do with the game...if not that then a little more to do with the romance. We got some good romance just not enough I felt. Its a good show, it'll keep you entertained but it felt a little more slice of life than romantic or game based. Sadly this was a show I was highly anticipating but this part was just a filler season which was a little disappointing. The characters and the trouble they get into was still fun and the character development has been good. It was kind of predictable that they were going to give us some story by the end of the show which was what you get but the rest is just fun and random episodes. I hope the second season wont be like this because if so then this show would just lose its edge. The action and ideas were unique though, not your cliche ...

Hilarious, different and cute anime. I absolutely loved this show. The story is supposed to be world saving and big but its fun still the way its executed. Its a bit slow and you know theyre gonna drag it out with a lot of filler episodes but thats not entirely bad. Some episodes are meh which lowers the score but overall its really good still. The main characters are all quirky in their own way and its hilarious. Nothing is too heavy but you know its coming eventually but for the time being its light and fun which I like.

This was a good anime...just good. not great but not bad either.
Good laughs, good will they or wont they moments but it just never left you truly satisfied. Characters were pretty good. I'm usually not a fan of the main character being a total loser, but in this one I wasn't really displeased. I had an issue with the cliche misunderstandings a bit and the obvious foreshawdoing they did. But the story was really good and the art was awesome so that just made it a lot better. It was thrilling, different, and comedic. It wasnt just tearjerking at every turn, they really tried to make it the daily life struggle of a the dad trying to hide his profession from his cute daughter. They really thought outside the box. The issue I have is that the ending was just kinda all jumbled and rushed. They spent so much time playing out his daily struggles and at the end they tried to kind of fit all of the actual story in and it just felt rushed. It felt more like they just wanted to add a tear jerker in there ...

I don't know why they took an amazing anime and made it a typical cliche with non-stop filler back story. I understand this season was just a set up for the season 3 but that doesn't mean you stop trying with trying to provide a decent build up. I am utterly disappointed by this.
Even the back-stories were just the typical stories. baddie becomes bad because he was bullied and saw there was no justice in the world. come on... after all that build up you're gonna make the bad guy so one-dimensional. The art has taken a hit as well and the fight scenes ...

This show was amazing! I don't know if it's due to the lack of good animes lately that this show stood out so much or if its just that good but I enjoyed.
The characters were sort of cliche but that didn't really bring down the execution of the story which flawless and beautiful. the cliffhangers were amazing. this show was original and brought about an interesting and different story. This show would have been an easy 9 had the anime actually been meaningful in anyway. It's better to enjoy this show as more of a per episode anime rather than focusing more on the story. if you look for a story that goes anywhere you will be disappointed. it was clear at points that the writers put a block in the progression just because and eventually it just became annoying. the jokes were really good though. if they progress the story in s2 then this show is an easy 9 but i just feel it shouldve gone somewhere. the show ended where it started

I've seen some mixed reviews about this movie and thats understandable. It takes the most cliche concept with some cliche lines and characters. But so what? It's not the same as all the other generic animes that are coming out nowadays. They do well to portray the story and really pull at your heart strings. You know damn well whats going on but you just cant help it because they do it well. The reason it loses some marks is because as I said it is a bit cliche. People seem to have a pretty different view on this anime. I enjoyed it overall. its not a masterpiece but given whats been coming out as of late I think it qualifies as pretty good. You can't put it up against stuff like Clannad or SAO (s1) in terms of romance but it has some nice elements. Main Characters: The main characters are actually quite likeable in this.
