Going into the movie with the knowledge Fujimoto created it, I was expected to be impressed, but Look Back, for all it's worth, is nothing short of inspiring. With the constant acknowledgment of artists' struggles and the underlining themes of living in the moment, Look Back has honestly been my favorite short film released in 2024.
Spoilers: I loved the scene where Fujino states if she hadn't drawn those four boxes, Kyoumoto would've been alive because she wouldn't have left her room. If Fujino never got Kyoumoto out of her room, she would have never experienced being alive; being antisocial until she went to art

As a huge fan of the Tokyo Revengers animanga, you could imagine how excited I was to hear there would be an anime adaptation to Windbreaker, a series I heard was similar plot-wise. I held off on watching it until now, and maybe it's because I came in with high expectations, but I was only mildly satisfied.
