I think that “Corpse Party” and “Danganronpa” are similar because, to say the least without spoiling anything, they’re both related to people being put into some sort of death game. “Corpse Party” is considered a little darker and gorey, but if someone enjoys “Corpse Party” it’s VERY likely that they’ll enjoy “Danganronpa” because they’re both very similar. But, I personally believe that someone who enjoyed “Danganronpa” might not necessarily enjoy “Corpse Party” because of the gorey nature, and the character development isn’t the best in the anime.

“Gabriel DropOut” and “Panty & Stocking” aren’t the most similar shows, but they definitely do have some similarities. The two shows are filled with humor, and while it’s not necessarily the same type of humor it won’t fail to make you laugh. While both do have some unfunny moments, they still have their fair share of funny moments. The fallen angel aspect of both shows is also similar, and I personally think that that’s apart of what makes them so enjoyable. The characters in both shows are also similar, and there’s a high chance that the watcher will be able to relate to them.

It's hard to find anime which are extremely similar to Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, but there are some exceptions, and Gakkou Gurashi is one of those exceptions. Both Madoka Magica and Gakkou Gurashi start out cute and innocent, but before you know it everything you've seen is a lie. Both deal with younger girls suffering and trying to survive in their cruel worlds, while the main character tries to remain as positive as possible. Gakkou Gurashi may seem a little more lighthearted, but it can still be a great choice!
