While watching Kill la kill I was constantly reminded of Mawaru Penguindum. The craziness that's percieved as normal, the weird sceneries, the soft srt-style... It really feels very similar. The plots are very different, but if you're looking for something that shares the crazy atmosphere of Kill la kill, Mawaru is definitely what you're looking for.

...then you might like Ashita no Nadja add

So the reasoning behind this recommendation. The pacing of the show is really similar imo. Both are longer animes that have a balanced amount of serious/plot relevant/exciting moments and laid-back, relaxing episodes. Nadja and Sakura are around the same age, both are freaking cute and there's romance in both animes. The male cast of the shows is notably handsome too! xD

They are both light novels based on Vocaloid songs, which means they feature the same characters. If you like Vocaloid and are familiar with the characters, you will enjoy either of those ^^

Both shows involve members of a high school club involved in some supernatural phenomenon, plus there is romance in both of them. The characters are around the same age, only kokoro connect is more dramatic than Yamada and Yamada is more comedy-focused. The length is also similar.

Both shows give off a very similar feeling and the cast is around the same age.
