Both stories have a good amount of drama that keeps the plot interesting! Both are also sports (musical) manga and all the characters are enjoyable to read about!

...then you might like "Oshi no Ko" add

If you liked Act-Age, you will like this! They both focus on acting but Oshi no Ko is more about the entertainment industry as a whole. Oshi no Ko is more revenge driven and focuses on various aspects of the entertainment industry from acting to directing to singing and dancing

...then you might like Ao no Orchestra add

Both are similar because they have instruments. While your lie in april has more drama, blue orchestra has more music. In a sense, I prefer Blue Orchestra. Each chapter is amazing! If your lie in april focused more on the music than the drama, then it would be like Blue Orchestra. Not that the drama in your lie in april was bad, it was amazing in fact. The plot was amazing. I believe the plot of Your Lie in April is more developed than Blue Orchestra, but nonetheless if you like MUSIC, then read BLUE ORCHESTRA!!!!

If you liked Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou add

...then you might like Ani ni Tsukeru Kusuri wa Nai! add

Both are comedic. However, ani ni tsukeru focuses more on the sibling relationship while danshi koukousei is the daily life of high school boys. These are the type of anime that would cheer you up. They are short, funny and stress-relieving.

If you liked Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE add

...then you might like Magi add

Magi focuses on the power of magic and the cost's they come with. Tsubasa focuses on the journey to finding Sakura's memories. Both manga start off slow(Tsubasa is a bit slower), but end up with many twists. I recommend Magi for shounen manga lovers and Tsubasa for shoujo manga lovers.
