While both are rather different content-wise -- Kobayashi is CGDCT where as Maou-Sama is mostly a comedy slice of life with some action and drama mixed in, both are what I like to call "reverse isekai," wherein people from a fantasy world enter our world rather than the other way around. The thing mostly in common between the two is in that sense, and in that there tends to be a lot of humor derived from the difference in common sense between the two worlds and the characters from the fantasy world adjusting/reacting to life on Earth. If you've watched Maou-Sama and liked that type of humor and would like more of it, Kobayashi is a good watch if you don't mind CGDCT, and if you liked Kobayashi's humor and perhaps want something a little more serious/not cutesy then Maou-Sama, likewise.

Nanatsu no Taizai

Group of powerful characters set out to try and overturn a corrupt government that pretends to protect its population while instead oppressing it. Akame Ga Kill is more edgy whereas Nanatsu no Taizai is more fantasy.

Similar art and animation style, both have Supernatural/Shounen elements. There aren't any particular alignments in the content itself, as in story and premise, but they're both very reminiscent of each other in various ways.

One is about dancing and the other is about idol groups. Both follow a very similar episode format, and both groups have a goal to compete in some kind of large or grandeur festival or competition. Both are slice of life with (though possibly debatable for Love Live) an emphasis on moe. Character dynamics and the way they all interact also feel relatively similar.
