So after watching several different animes I was recommended this one.
I thought it was suck but the concept was brilliant!

Story: 8

The idea for the story is excellent. Bright and shining student Light Yagime uncovers the death note in the school yard. With this note he has the power to kill anyone by just writing their name in the book. There are some rules and the situation gets a little hairy when the police get involved.

Sound: I watched the english dubbed and it was fine. I liked the second introduction

I only give it an 8 because L Lawliet was my favorite character.

I found myself watching it back to back, it is a very enjoyable show.

This is a great anime. Nice and short just how I like them!

I have to agree I Thought this was a very good show. It is refreshing and very entertaining. A broke college student is offered the opportunity of a lifetime.

Kimimaro is a broke college student. Unlike his classmates he does not have the financial backing of his parents. He has to work at two convenient stores and then spend the night cramming for class. He receives an invitation of wealth and prosperity as long as he plays the game and does not go" bankrupt."

I am a sucker for colors. This anime is vibrant and refreshing. I am a ... sucker for clear black lines and lots of color. It makes you wonder how amazingly far Anime has come drawing wise.

Sound: 9

Sound is crisp and clear. Since this anime is pretty recent it is only available in Japanese. The music is okay.

Character : 9

I loved the characters! I originally thought that I was gonna detest Msyu but I learned to adore her as the series goes on. Souichiro is actually my favorite. You learn about his history and you can't help but feel for the guy. The show makes it easier for you to understand these characters but at the same time you are rooting for both sides.

Enjoyment: 9

I was able to sit through the entire series in 1-2 sittings. It is a visual treat and I loved watching it.

This anime is great with amazingly real overtones about the current economy and its a visual treat . Although it was designated for PG 13 audience I can see why they gave it such a low rating. They are not mature enough for the show. They don't understand how the show is related to issues of the current economy.

So I discovered this show one night watching Adult swim. There was nothing on television so I decided to grin and bear watching the last ten minutes of the show. It was the episode in which Kikyo was trying to drag Inuyasha down to the gates of hell. I was really interested but I had no idea what was going on. So later I downloaded the whole package with all the episodes including the movies. I watched the first episode and then left it alone for a year. So a few weeks ago I converted them to fit on my ipod ... and watched it as I came and went.

By the end of the first few episodes I was hooked! I watched it on the bus, at home, and on campus. It is such a great show. We begin with Kagome, a 15 year old school girl who lives with her brother, mother, and grandfather on a shrine in Tokyo. One day Kagome discovers a well and is taken to the Feudal era in Japan. She meets Inuyasha, a half demon that was sealed to the tree with the arrow. She removes the arrow so he can help her and the series continues with them going through several battles and helping villages that are infected with demons. They meet some friends that follow them. They meet a Monk named Miroku who has a wind tunnel in one hand and loves to cup ladies bottoms with his other hand. Shippo is an adorable demon fox who uses fox magic to ward off other demons. Sango is the last surviving member of a village of demon hunters and her cat Kirara (or Kilala) follows them as they recover an item.

I originally was going to trash this show but there were so many episodes I thought it would be best if I watched the first twelve. I am so glad I did! This is a great show and is totally worth the time. I have already completed watching this series and the four movies so now I am looking for the last episodes.

So I originally watched this because I was look for something to fill the void of Elfen Lied.

When it begins we see that Yuzuru has no recollection of what has happened to him, or even his full name. At first I was going to give this show a pass but I continued to watched the first episode and found myself really enjoying it.

As I watch the series and learn about the characters, I find myself more intrigued and then saddened as the show progresses.I found myself tearing up in the end,during the show you become so engrossed in their character.


This is probably ... one of the best Anime that I have ever watched, even if I started watching late in the game.
