Both revolve around the Alice in Wonderland storyline, but I honestly find Are You Alice? to be more entertaining both in story, character, art and so on. I'm more into character-driven stories and Are You Alice thrives on character whereas the characters in Wonderland are quite plain. Please read it if you get the chance!

As you can tell by the title, both involve the existence of creatures called mononoke. However, the plots are very different. The TV show Mononoke involves a medicine seller who goes around (each "arc" is 2-3 episdoes) and show how he exorcises or deals with the mononoke in other ways. The animation and art style is incredible, and the intro really slaps.
