Both manga are highly similar. Both have a mc who likes games and an “ojou sama” fmc who secretly games and is quite good. High Score Girl revolves around mainly arcade games, Destroy all humankind. They can't be regenerated(The english title of the other series) is all about Magic the gathering

...then you might like Machida-kun no Sekai add

Both manga revolve around a ladykiller, with machida being more down to earth and a bit of a space case, while I suspect sakamoto is literally from space, what with his excellence at almost everything he does.

If you liked 14-sai no Koi add

...then you might like Horimiya add

Both have similar vibe, with 14 sai having a more orthodox romance feel and horimiya with a cute, down to earth romance feel. Both series’s main protagonists have a side they hide from others and only show it when alone together.

If you liked Final Fantasy: Lost Stranger add

...then you might like Shangri-La Frontier: Kusoge Hunter, Kamige ni Idoman to su add

Although the premise of both stories isn’t similar at all, they are both well written and drawn (and not just insta OP + Harem self inserts). If you liked one of them you’ll probably like the other one.
