Vassalord.

Both are bloody and gory anime created from shounen-ai/yaoi sources. TNC is a full-length series, though, while Vassalord is just an OVA.

Both are manga with pretty art, and include single fathers. Work In includes another story, though, and is shorter than Sorenari.

Both involve single fathers who're seme. They're also really cute stories with pretty art, and the children are absolutely adorable.

Kyuuso wa Cheese no Yume wo Miru
add

Both are very realistic, Josei-ish, and with extremely well-developed plots. Unlike so much of the yaoi out there, these aren't purely about smut between two cliched characters. Both have lots of drama, feelings, and complex relationships involved. Nothing is rushed, and it doesn't end after they get together. Also, there isn't that annoyingly obvious distinction between the seme and the uke. If you liked one, you'll definitively like the other.

Historical yaoi with great art and a good, strong plot involving one guy protecting the other in some way. If you liked one you'll definitively like the other.

Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ Maji Love 1000%
add

A bishounen cast of talented "Princes" surrounding one (female in UtaPri and male in Marginal Prince) character that is not all that special in comparison. Main characters in both series attend an elite school where, at first, they feel like they don't quite belong. Every character in both series has different personalities and backstories that are presented in one episode each. Also, they all tend to burst out singing in one point or another (while the singing is good in UtaPri, it's really just amusing in Marginal Prince because it's so bad). If you enjoyed Marginal Prince, I'm absolutely positive you'll enjoy UtaPri, but I can't make any guarantees if it's the other way around.

Sekaiichi Hatsukoi
add

Aside from being yaoi, of course, both share a very similar boss x employee relationship. In Sekaiichi, they are manga editors, and in Yebisu they work with design. However, Yebisu's animation is nowhere near as good as Sekaiichi's, and sometimes movement seems like something out of a yaoi game.

Super Lovers
add

Both involve one of the characters going to live with the other. They also have the same kind of relationship with each other, but while in Super Lovers it's with his stepbrother, in Bokura no Oukoku it's with his cousin. They also both have the same carefree feel with a bit of comedy, and the relationships don't feel forced at all. The art of both is also very pretty - although I think Super Lovers wins in that category. If you enjoyed one of them, you'll definitively enjoy the other - I know I did!

Aside from the obvious yaoi factor, both deal with friends becoming something more, and one of the characters being raped. Also, the blondes look kind of similar. Maturity pretty much the same.
