*very* minor spoiler (barely any, if at all)
Juujika no Rokunin is what Redo of a Healer wishes to be; an interesting story with a likeable protagonist where shock values enhance the experience, not the whole of it. It does fall into the shock-value-trope from time to time, but it's nothing short of amazing.
Story - 8/10
The story might sound like your average revenge edgelord story on the surface (protagonist's family got killed and now has to seek revenge and kill the "bullies"), but it differs in so many ways. The protagonist, Uruma, develops as a character through his journey of vengeance, and is surrounded by people
...
who genuinely care about him. He isn't killing people for the sake of it, but instead, under the guidance of his grandfather, plans methodically and is smart about his target. The one big complaint I have is that the manga spends too much time focusing on girls (and underaged at that) getting raped. I don't want to say the manga is sexist, but it's too many that necessary. I don't mind rapes in manga if it's handled with care, but compared to other shock values this manga has, watching underaged girls getting raped every arc is just repetitive and really undermine the characters the manga have developed thus far.
Art - 9/10
It's not Ito's level, but it is good enough to evoke a feeling of pain that not a lot of manga can do. Bravo on this one.
Character - 8/10
In addition to Uruma's development, the bullies (and their backstory) also get a lot of time to be fleshed out. The girls are way less developed than guys though, which suck. I find a lot of them interesting, only for them to be raped and thrown aside. Oh well.
Enjoyment - 8/10
I enjoyed it. The path of vengeance that Uruma is taking is a very serious and fun one.
Overall - 8/10

Like most of everyone here, I saw Cider no You ni Kotoba ga Wakiagaru after being recommended relentlessly by Netflix whenever I try to browse for movies. I figured I'd give it a go, since 90% of what Netflix has produced has yet to disappoint me. And I’m happy to say, I’m not disappointed.
Story - 6:
The story never really moves forward to anything. One moment, you think it’s a romance anime, but another, some sort of adventure anime where the protagonists have to search for a particular object hidden, somewhere. The story is everywhere, is what I’m trying to say. It does get irritating during
...
the end of the second act due to how predictable and forced it felt, but other than that, it was well done.
Art - 7:
It’s fine, maybe even good. There are uses of CGI here and there, but they never really bother me as much as I thought I’d be. The art style and the color scheme do make it more recognizable and distinguishable from other anime in this genre, but they also make the world feel kind of bland, like they don’t resemble the real world whatsoever (even though they do).
Sound - 8:
They’re great, not the most memorable, but do the job. I have not much to say about them, only that the ending song was exceptional.
Characters - 9:
The characters are nicely fleshed out and well done. A trait you thought and assumed about a character is thrown out of the window for more complex personalities, and everything a character does has reasons that are explained throughout the film, most of them subtly.
Enjoyment - 8:
Coming from a stressful day, this is just a nice treat to get myself into. It was a bit cringy near the end, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

What you have to understand about the final season is that it is divisive. Some say it's the best Attack on Titan has ever been with phenomenal art and animation, while others would disagree from the lack of traditional hand drawn titans to poor choice of music.
Story - 10
The arc is just perfect. This is the only arc willingly to take the time to explore the characters in depth, developing them and building up to a climax that pays off. Attack on Titan has grown from what it was in season 1 and the story reflects every bit of that.
Art/Animation - 2
It's not good. I
...
was skeptical and hopeful when I saw that titans were CGI in episode 1. I thought they were saving resources for more important scenes later on. But, that simply isn't the case. Even humans are CGI now and honestly I don't have any hope left for the season. I understand that this is coming from absurd deadlines, but MAPPA did this to themselves. They willing agreed to animate knowing the schedule.
Sound - 7
I like the music, but it isn't on par to what season 1-3 have offered. It feels repetitive with most of the soundtrack being the one in the trailer, just remixed.
Character - 7
I'm giving this one a 7. This arc did develop existing characters, but even then, a lot of the main casts are under-developed and you kind of just forget about them all together. Maybe if Isayama is willing to develop more characters at the rate he kills them off, then we might like them more.
Overall - 6
Terrible CGI. Okay sound. Good story and character development, even if the latter feels more like a side dish than anything else.
