After reading some of the more then questionable negative Reviews I was basically forced to write my own. Because giving this awesome manga created by ONE not a try would be a grave mistake IMO.
The premise is a really interesting one. Thirteen worlds a fused together, all on the brink of exstinction all bringing their own apocalypse with them. We have rampaging AI controlled RObots, Aliens, curel Neo Humans, Demons and literally fucking Godzilla.....all trying to wipe out the last remaining humans. Which desperately try to use their combined knowledge, and different technology to somehow survive this disaster.

It is a shounes story about Demon slayers and Canibalistic demons and very straight forward. It is not outstanding or superb but It is always keeps you hooked and never gets boring. New Characters and enemies get introduced at a good pace. On top of that this is finally a manga with a really good ending. For some reasons many mangakas have trouble finsihing their story and bringing it to a good conclusion but Demon Slayer was well planned and structured from the beginning so the ending is very statisfying. Art 10 It is a very uusual style that I have never seen before but ...

I really enjoyed Marry Grave. 8 Stars
This is one of my first reviews so I don't really know how to do these things but I can jsut say that I really liked the MC who despite being a airhead is really cool and enyoable. It is not really the indepth of the the Characters or the story that makes this manga special but it is jsut heartwarming and really fun to read. Annd i really adored the worldbuilding and dark fantasy. Art is also really amazing in my opinion. It fits perfect and the characters and clothers are drawn really cool and unique. This is my first review adn I write this because a lot of people seem to sleep on this manga. It is not the most popular one and in my opinion the the critics were to harsch for no reason. And I am actually very picky myself.
8 Story: The story is solid with an relaxed pace. Overall the story is quiet good and no complains there. 10 Art: The art is simply awesome. It may not be the most detailed one but the world building of AmberGrounds and presentation is just so awesome. With the eternal night setting you have really cool shadowing and lightning ... |
