...then you might like Totsugami add

Both main characters, boys, can see ghosts and ayakashi. They both struggled socially because of this fact, but they gradually gain friends who understand and support them. Totsugami is a little more "loud" than Natsume Yuunjinchou, which has a quieter feel to it.

...then you might like Hirunaka no Ryuusei add

They aren't carbon copies of each other, but they have the same vibe about them. Some characters are similar to each other, for example; the "frienemy" character in both of them. The heroines are both somewhat plain and they don't know a lot about love/makeup/girlishness/etc. as well.

If you liked Arisa add

...then you might like Torikago Syndrome add

Both have the "king" plot, where students must play the game-- fulfilling different tasks in order to please the king of the school and gain their "wish", or in Torikago Syndrome's case, freedom. Both have a mystery plot and fairly creepy side characters.
