Recently, I read a novel on Webnovel called Restless Youth. The protagonist, Sakib, reminded me of my favorite anime character, Hikigaya Hachiman from Oregairu. This led me to rewatch Oregairu, and I’m excited to share my thoughts on it.
Plot:
I rate the plot 10/10. The story focuses on Hikigaya Hachiman, an anti-social character who is reluctantly dragged into the Service Club. Here, he connects with two other characters, Yukino Yukinoshita and Yui Yuigahama. The series beautifully explores genuine relationships and personal growth, making it both relatable and thought-provoking.
Characters:
Hachiman is my favorite character in the anime universe, and Sakib from Restless Youth reminded me a lot of

him. I love the character designs of Hachiman, Yukino, and Yui. Their personalities are distinct, and their interactions are both entertaining and meaningful. I give this section 9/10.
Art:
The animation of Oregairu is amazing. I especially love how the character designs reflect their personalities, such as Hachiman’s tired eyes and Yukino’s poised demeanor. The visuals complement the story well. I rate the art 8/10.
World Background:
This is one of the anime’s strongest aspects, earning a 10/10 from me. The school setting feels authentic, and the atmosphere perfectly captures the struggles and beauty of teenage life.
Music:
The music in Oregairu is outstanding. The opening and ending themes, as well as the background scores, perfectly match the mood of the series. I rate it 10/10.
Overall:
I give Oregairu a 9.5/10. If you enjoy anime like Oregairu or Hyouka, I highly recommend reading Restless Youth. It offers a similar mix of introspection, character-driven storytelling, and engaging relationships.
This version keeps your personal touch while improving the flow and providing more details to make the review more engaging and comprehensive.
