Has an anime ever truly changed your life????
hajime no ippo changed mine.
at about 16 I was overweight and unhealthy, I was doing boxing but after being rushed into my first fight (which I lost) I quit like a little bitch.
skip to me about 3 months ago, I watch a few eps of hajime no ippo and motivation stirs inside me. I paused the episode and went running! legit.
it is truly an amazing story and it motivated me to get fit. I lost 10.2 kg and I started boxing again trained hard and guess what? I fought my second fight and destroyed the guy! ippo

changed my life :) btw I'm 17
anyway storyline is amazing but you have just read the synopsis s I don't need to tell you in detail except for the fact that ippo is the best main character I have ever seen in an anime!!
this is an old anime so its not as good as newer ones however you get used to it very quickly so don't worry. also fight scenes are amazing.
sound is great with music being especially awesome and inspiring.
characters are where this anime proves itself as 10/10 material. all of the characters are great, funny, inspiring and have different motivations in their life. I cant even write enough about the characters it will take way too long so just imagine the best cast ever and that will suffice.
as I said above this anime has changed my life so I obviously enjoyed it. once again I cannot say enough about this anime because it holds so much awesomeness.
in summary, you don't have to do boxing or even like it much. this anime WILL convert you! plus with a cast of amazing characters their is absolutely no reason to dislike this anime. thanks for reading now pls go and watch hajime no ippo! :D
ps be ready for laugh out loud moments because at times I lost my shit XD
