Koe no katachi. A great movie with very decently written characters, some really good moments and great animation.
So our protagonist Ishida Shouya is an edgy elementary school bully. He has a fellow female counterpart Ueno who also picks on fellow pupils and a bunch of friends who tag along with each of the two. Nishimiya is an over-apologetic transfer student who catches our protagonist's attention first. Despite being somewhat of a cliched introduction, it didn't really spoil any storyline, if there is one. She is also deaf and cannot make proper speech. And asks for sympathy a lot. The interaction between the two starts ... with Ishida picking on Nishimiya regularly until one incident where things turn round for Ishida. Later he seems to show some repentance on his actions, and again meets her coincidentally in a sign language class. The relation between Ishida and Nishimiya after this is also not really apparent and stayed the same until the end. There is a point where Nishimiya confessed but Ishida's just wouldn't get, etc.
Nishimiya who was always picked upon, and who was raised by an apathetic single mom had low esteem and considered herself a burden, despite seemingly trying her best on the outside. This was revealed when she tried to kill herself (and was also hinted a few times earlier). Miraculously, she was saved by Ishida. Seeing that Ishida being glad on her surviving gave her a good reason to live and bettered her esteem. It's cool to know that you are not alone.
Ishida's own character development is to stop being cold and try to be more open I guess on which note the movie ends.

I really started with high expectations on this anime. The artwork was disappointing though, fights are not as greatly animated as the prequel. Things were happening fast in fight scenes and there was not enough waiting time to let the action sink. The OSTs did save many moments though, they were the same ones as the prequel and didn't disappoint.
The story revolved around other characters more than Saitama (primarily Garou). Saitama overall had a rather small screen time. There was lot happening in story with Kaijin Kyoukai (monster association) and a lot of characters are introduced. As usual with One-sensei's characters, most of these ... characters are really well-written and developed. Each has its own personality and are very adequate and reasonable, both monsters and heroes.
Outside action, there is also a lot of dialog in the anime and actually I felt that it is not out of the place mostly. Especially when King schools Saitama on how his "boredom" of defeating monsters makes him not the ultimate hero etc., makes a good potential for further development of Saitama despite him being the "ultimate greatest".
