The story follows Alice returning to her hometown from Tokyo to live in a traditional Japanese house after 10 years. Harumi, her childhood friend, visits her. It captures their everyday interactions and life.
It feels really warm, nostalgic and cozy. The background work is beautiful and the art captures emotions well. They eat delicious looking food in each chapter too. It definitely needs a romance tag though. The pants shots were too much but their relationship was mature.
It's short and good for a quick, relaxing read. You might enjoy this if you like iyashikei, slice of life, gourmet with romance themes!

The story is the usual with villainess trope, our MC getting isekai'd and trying to avoid red flags. The character designs are amazing and I loved the art. The MC is blunt, funny and cute. The male lead is great too, the side characters are not detailly written given the length of the story. The downside is some parts were rushed, especially the ending. Also it's really short so it might not stay in your mind for a long time. Still, it's a good read if you don't have time or just want to relax and not think deeply.
It's great for a quick villainess/isekai trope ... Feb 28, 2024
The manga starts with explaining how childhood friends Takeuchi and Umezawa fell for their classmate Youhei. They become rivals after learning their feelings. Takeuchi has asthma attacks and misses school, that affects his mood a lot.
The manga flows fast and is interesting enough. It gets better as you read more. The art uses contrast well and it's pleasant to the eyes. The characters are likeable. I was satisfied with the ending, it was the best way to end the story. It was a interesting manga about friendship and love. It doesn't take that long to read so I recommend you give it a shot! The story starts as Sei Takanashi is isekai'd to kingdom of Slantania. She overhears that the Grand Magus summoned two saints, the prince declares the other girl as the Saint. She decides to stay at the Research Institute to learn herbs and potions.
The plot is basic and predictable, there are no antagonists or shocking events in the story. Sei does magic so effortlessly, you know what's coming next. It lacks a more detailed and engaging plot because similar things happen during the series. That being said, it's still a enjoyable, lighthearted watch. The art and opening is good. If you like feel good, easy ... Feb 26, 2024

I read the manhwa of Doctor Alice a long time ago. The anime starts with Dr. Aoi Takamoto getting isekai'd to her first life, where she led to deaths of her family members and herself. She decides to use her medical and past knowledge to save lives.
The downside is it's unrealistic as Elise can do every type of surgery and never fails. The characters are likeable but similar to many other isekai anime. The art and opening is fine. Doctor Elise is a good inspiration for young female viewers who want to be a surgeon. It's good for a quick watch but it might ... Feb 26, 2024
I knew I'd like this anime because I watched the Japanese TV series two times before. The story starts with Adachi, who remained a virgin until he turns 30, gaining magic powers and he's able to read minds through physical contact. He learns that his colleague Kurosawa has feelings for him. Adachi can't understand that someone like Kurosawa, who's loved by everyone and is good at everything, is interested in him.
The characters are so likeable, it got me smiling all the time. The fantasies and jealousy Kurosawa has are so funny. Their relationship is healthy and there are not forceful behavior at all. The ... Feb 25, 2024

After watching the Japanese tv series, I read the manga too. This is one of the best bl romcom, it makes you die from diabetes. It's really cute and wholesome. I loved all the characters. It might seem confusing at first but it's simple once you get into the story. The story and character development is well written. It starts with misunderstanding trope, but little by little the characters start to change, becoming more mature.
The art is pretty and funny at the same time. I loved all the character designs. I recommend it if you're looking for a heartwarming, funny and cute bl! Feb 25, 2024
This was my second time reading this and I loved it. Mc sells 30 years and only three months are left of his lifespan. He gets an observer, Miyagi, and writes a list on things to do. What can a man who would accomplish nothing in 30 years change in a mere three months? What makes life valuable was a question that made me think. The story is really interesting. The character development is and ending is satisfying too.
The art was simple yet suitable for the manga. It captured the story well. I recommend it. It became one of my favorites. Feb 25, 2024

I'm shocked. I didn't expect this manga to be so different from any manga I've read. The plot itself is very interesting and different but the ending is very well-thought in my opinion.
Ayu is a teenage girl that has no dreams, who doesn't aim for happiness and is involved in prostitution. The athmosphere is well presented and you can feel so much emotion like the emptiness, despair, misery, new founded hope by many characters. The story also gives a good life lesson, the choices you make have consequences whether you like it or not and not everyone in a bad place is a bad person, ... Feb 25, 2024

The manga is about a single dad raising his daughter with the help of people around them, focusing mostly on the food and their daily lives. Each chapter includes a new recipe they learn together, there’s no weird relationships. Among other mangas, this one captured the daugher-father relationship really well. I found that as the story progresses, it gets better and better. The first thing that made me interested was the manga’s art and it never dissapointed me with various expressions and character designs. There’s so much improvement in each character, especially Tsumugi since she’s a child, both in appearance and behavior. The
