Kimi Ni Todoke is definitely one of my favorites of this season and perhaps of all the animes i've seen. And if you're into romance/everyday life storys, then this one's definitely for you!
It's basically about a girl name Sawako and something about her scares off some people so they keep a distant from her. She just never had friends but then one day, she meets a boy name Kazehaya, who's very outgoing and friendly and popular. She looks up to him and her life slowly changes after meeting him.
Story:
Even though i haven't finished the series yet, I know it gets 9 out of
...
10. The story wouldn't be considered brilliant or a real masterpiece, but it has a very good calmness to it and the story is enjoyable to watch. There are a few conflicts here and there, but throughout the series, it keeps good consistency and gets me interested as more the series goes on. I must say this series seems to go really really slow for me. But I don't blame the producers since the manga story isn't that long and they've got 24 episodes to fill. ANYWHOS, it's a cute love story and has alot of funny scenes.
Art:
I love love this style of art. It's very pretty and cute at the same time. The OP and ED animation are fantastic and very relaxing for me o.o
I can't really explain how the animation is, but it's great.
Sound:
I can't wait to get the OST when it comes out (or did it already come out hm..). The BGM are blended so well with certain scenes and they did a grreat job at it. I would say most of them are relaxing and very cute.
Character:
Man, all the characters are great in this series, even the 'bad' characters. You just can't help but feel for them and in the end, like them as well. Knowing that Kimi Ni Todoke is all about romance and slice of life, I definitely didn't expect a really evil character that wants to kill people, and that's pretty obvious.
Overall, I really enjoyed it so far and I know I'll still enjoy watching it until the last episode of the series. It's one of those shows when you can watch it on a relaxing sunday afternoon and what not. And yes, there are a couple sad scenes, espcially when watching what Sawako has to deal with, but in the end, it leaves you with a good feeling and i dont know if i should say this, but it makes me sort of happier? Anyway, try it.

Basically, it's about a blind boy name Takuma Hirose who got sent back to where his uncle lives in order to be cured. Then he finds a girl or a 'magical girl' who gives him a temporary time to be able to see and to help out the town. The rest of the story is Hirose meeting the two main girls and discovering the truth about their relationship and the history of the town.
That was probably the hardest summary I wrote since it was so hard not to spoil anything xD
Story:
I wouldn't say a perfect 10 for the story, but it was
...
pretty interesting. I think I was more focused on what the final episode was gonna be rather than the story itself. Luckily, there's only 12 episodes. Anyways, the series has a big of romance, drama, life, and definitely mystery in it and I think that's all a good combination.
Art:
The animation wasn't the BEST, but it was pretty alright and in a way fit well with the story and the characters. The animation is just not my favorite type of art style, so I didn't give it a 10. Though, I have to admit some of the scenerios were beautiful and I think they did a fairly good job on that. Not to mention, the whole story took place only in that small town.
Sound:
10/10. While I was watching it, the BGM were just so beautiful and it really went well with the series. After watching it, I just had to get it, because it was great.
Character:
I don't know why i give it a 9 out of 10, but I don't think it's good enough to be a perfect 10. I mean, the characters were great, and they all had their own history and personal issues with one another, but I just didn't feel too much for the character, with one exception, Kohinata. I just couldn't help but feel sympthy for her to put up with all the bs from the townspeople.
Overall, it wasn't sucha bad series as I thought and the ending definitely has a big twist to it that made me just go O____O WTF.. but overall, I enjoyed watching it, and honestly 12 episodes aren't that much of a waste of a time.

Should I even write a brief summary about this series? I don't think I can, because there's just TOO MUCH TO WRITE.
Ok.. Basically, it's about a doctor who saves a kid that was about to die. Well, that seemed to be the biggest mistake the doctor name Dr. Tenma has ever made because the kid grows up to be some kind of murderer and a real master mind.
Story:
wow, to begn, this is probably one of the very few long series I have seen. (the other being Marmalade Boy), I rarely watch any series longer than say, 25 episodes. But something about this
...
series just got me hooked on it. The story is definitely mysterious and its sort of creepy in a way. At least I was while I was watching it. Anywhos, the story has so much details and so much backgrounds, it's simply.. brilliant.
Art:
eh, the animation wasn't as great compare to other series, but in a way, I'm glad it had that realistic human look because if they had huge eyes and pink hair, I would probably be freaked out.
I think one of the other reasons that maybe they used that certain art style is perhaps to make it more realistic. I mean c'mon, the details are so realistic, let's not ruin it here.
I'm gonna skip Sound because honestly, it wasn't too great and not alot of BGMs stood out for me during the long ass series.
Characters:
It's similar to the reason as explained in 'story'. There are alot of characters and if you don't like alot of em, then this series is not for you. Sure there are the main characters, but I can't even count how many other characters were introduced throughout this series. And it's even worse because you have to actually remember some of them because they appear in the early parts of the anime and then shows up again later in the series.
But overall, I think they did a great job connecting all these characters in one way or another. Not to mention how creepy the killer is. He even appeared in my dream.. or nightmare I should say.
Overall, I'm not too much of a fan of mystery and such, and the series barely had any romance, but I have to say it is the story that just amazed me and the details of it. It really got me to feel the way the characters were feeling in some scenes. Anyway, I think it is an interesting series to watch and definitely worth watching all 70+ of em.

Paradise Kiss is basically about a girl name Yukari who is tired of her boring old life and want some excitement. Well, she gets it when she gets across one of the designers from a group who designs what is known as "Paradise Kiss". They need a model to represent their dress for the upcoming fashion show so they decide to pick her. Along the way, she meets other characters, falls in love, struggles a relationship with her mother, and finding who and what she can do in her life.
Story:
I think Paradise Kiss definitely has a unique storyline to it. Other than the
...
usual love story and friendships, the story about a group of students who dreams of being a fashion designer. One other reason I liked about Paradise Kiss is that the story has more realistic stories into it and not have girls with gigantic boobs or have dragons and talking animals (I'm kind of exaggerating).
Art:
For me, I thought the producers did an amazing job with the animation. Even though it's not the best quality, not to mention it was aired in 2005, but the details were significant and not to mention the pretty designs they came up with in the show.
Sound:
Even though I liked the OP song, the BGM didn't stick out too much for me while I watched the series. And even when I finished the series, I wasn't looking forward to getting the OST or even looking for it. (hm.. now that i think about it, I don't have ANY of the songs from its OST..)
Character:
For an 12 episode series, I think they did an amazing job at giving personality to each characters. There's the tough guy, the cool guy, the confused girl, the cute innocent girl, and bunch of different character. And I admit, I couldn't help but like every single character in the series. It's one of those series where you just have to understand and accept their personality and not complain about it, espcially at the end since alot of people didn't agree to it.
Overall:
I enjoyed watching this series and it's kinda disappointing that I watched it not so long ago, and not when it first came out. If you're into romance and just a everyday life story, then this one's definitely for you. Finally, Paradise Kiss gave me a good life lesson personally. Hopefully, it will do the same for whoever watches it

So the basic storyline of this anime is about a girl can't remember anything of her past. The only thing she knows is that the family she lives with aren't her real family. Eventually as the story goes on, she meets various characters and soon to discover about her past and more importantly, about herself.
I'm pretty bad with a brief description of this series because there's just too much to write about. But that's the basic storyline.
Story:
The overall story is very precise and uses great amount of details. I would give it a 9/10 because the story wasn't too original for me.
...
Art:
This series is one of my favorite kind of art style. I would say, the animation was pretty good and they did a great job at the details and some of the scenerios were amazing.
Sound:
The first thing I did after finishing this series, was to find the Original Soundtrack. During my time watching it, I focused so much on the music, because it was so beautiful and fit well with each scenes. And I would really recommend the OST.
The OP/ED were great and the animation for it was pretty awesome too espcially the 2nd OP. I like the way how the OPs were pretty fast beat and pumped me up for the next episode while the ED were more soft, and slow.
Character:
Wow, I would give it a 20/10 if I could for character development. Aside from the fact that it IS a long series (50 episodes is pretty long for me lol), the character development was purely amazing. I fell in love with all the character, and not just the main characters. I think for me, since I'm into romance and what not, they did a good job fitting romance in it as well.
Basicaly, the character development gotta be the main point of this series. I felt the emotion most of the character's were feeling because they all had different feelings. ahhh its great not to mention Haji and Solomon xD
Overall, it is a good series to watch, and for those who don't enjoy long series like I do, it's pretty worth watching. My first expectation from the first episode is totally different from after watching it. Ill also have to point out that, this series got everything from full packed action to romance and humor to suspense. So try it, you won't be disappointed.
