Kimi wa Houkago Insomnia

It was only a few minutes into the first episode of Kimi wa Houkago Insomnia that I felt it had very much a similar vibe to Fune wo Amu. And my opinion hadn't changed by the end, although it took me a few moments to actually put my thoughts in better order and give it more of a reasoning than just that. There is certainly a similar visual style to the two, but the similarities run deeper than that, with both series showing people who have trouble fitting in in their current lives discovering something new that will truly let them use their personal quirks to spread their wings and find a place they belong. As well as love.

Watashi no Onaka no Sekinin Totte!

Cooking manga about a couple of girls, with recipes for the food shown in the chapters.
While their paths eventually diverge due to the aspect of slavery and the church's influence in one of the stories, the general outline of the stories is very much the same, with the main character being chased out of the hero's party by an arrogant mage who is jealous of their close relationship with the hero, whom they want for themselves, and sees them as a weakling holding the party back. The protagonist believes the whole party, including the hero, being behind this, and eventually starts a new life together with a girl they saved. Their former party, on the other hand, starts realizing how much the protagonist actually helped them outside of fights, and starts falling apart without them.

Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo ni.

Both have a similar start with the protagonist dying in an accident and being given a new life in another world, plus a gift from god to help them along. Both are parodies of the isekai genre, but where KonoSuba has an utterly dysfunctional main cast and derives the comedy from there, Smartphone goes the opposite route of having actual competent characters instead, including the god, leading to a much different (and arguably superior) ride.
