I can forgive the anime being an ONA, it just reminds me of Gaikotsu shotenin honda-san: lack of movement and more on the VA's performances (which is the highlight). I was stoked when they announced it but of course not getting your hopes up on every anime being released: it's an ONA. I would've preferred it being like the promotional live-action they did for the manga, now that was some good ****.
The one thing they got right, was keeping the VA for Tatsu (who also did the live-action). All in all... it's doable. And I'm saying this since I've been reading it since it's English
