The good:
*Art style.
It's pretty.

*The fights.
Cool, fast paced battles with unique sound effects.

The bad:
*Plot
Seems to only exist to move from fight to planning to the next fight.
...
*Overly emotional characters.
Unrelateable, and strange for battle hardened heroes. There are other ways to have deep conversations without... that.

They try to have these deep hard hitting lessons that the characters learn, but come off really basic and mundane.

*Too many subplots/characters
The amount of jumping between factions and characters within factions is jarring. It's like it's trying to be game of thrones.

*No character development
Characters start and finish the series pretty much the same.

*No cute waifus.
They're all annoying and basic.

*The show takes itself too seriously.
They set up the plot with a goal two opposing factions want to achieve that grants God tier power, and there's pretty much nothing else but that. They beat you over the head with it every 5 minutes.

The ugly:
*"Noble Phantasm"

Quite the earful to hear every 2 minutes. For a show that's trying to take itself seriously, this comes off as childish and annoying.
