I didn’t have any expectations for this anime
It’s been a long time since I’ve been this surprised. I thought this was just going to be about fishing and only watched it because I had nothing else to watch.
But it turned out to be something amazing—such a nice and well-rounded anime.
The story is about Hiro, who’s drowning in debt and discovers he has a disease that, if left untreated, would give him only two more years to live. So, he sees no meaning in life anymore and just wants to end it all. But then, a group of fishermen takes him in, especially Takaaki,

and they help him find a purpose in life.
As for the fishing, it becomes an escape for Hiro’s problems. Even though he hated fishing at first, it gradually turns into something like a "hyperfocus" for him.
It’s not like Haikyuu!! where it’s all about volleyball and nothing else. Fishing is very present, but it’s not the main theme.
I’ve seen many people complain about the anime’s pacing, but it didn’t bother me at all. I actually found it fun to watch. When marathoning something, the main problem is when it becomes tiring to keep watching, but I didn’t feel that here. The last three episodes are much more emotional, sure, but I don’t think that’s a pacing issue.
I also saw people complain about the character development. Personally, I think it was fine, considering the number of episodes and the amount of characters. Sure, they could have explored characters like Kozue and Arue more, but they’re not that interesting for their lack of development to really be a problem. After all, the story focuses much more on the protagonist.
Honestly, I think this anime is very well-rounded. I didn’t find much wrong with it, but there’s nothing extremely special about it either. I highly recommend watching it.

eu não botei nenhuma expectativa nesse anime
faz muito tempo que eu não quebro a cara assim, eu achei que isso seria só de pesca, vi porque não tinha nada pra ver
mas acabou que eu vi um negócio super daora, um anime todo bonitinho redondinho
o anime é sobre Hiro, ele é afundado em dívidas e descobre uma doença, no qual não se não fosse tratada, ele teria apenas mais 2 anos de vida, então ele não via mais sentido na vida e só queria acabar com isso logo, mas de repente um grupo de pescadores acolhem ele, principalmente o Takaaki, quais eles ajudam ele a encontrar um sentido em sua vida
e sobre a pesca, ela acaba sendo uma saída para os problemas de Hiro, visto como ele odiava pescar antes e ao longo da obra isso acaba virando uma espécie de "Hiperfoco" nele
Não é tipo "Haikyuu" onde SÓ TEM VÔLEI, não
A pesca é uma peça bem presente, mas não acaba sendo o tema principal
vi muitas pessoas reclamando do ritmo do anime, mas eu não me incomodei nada com o ritmo, eu achei até que divertido de ver, quando se maratona algo, o principal problema é a parada ficar maçante de assistir, o que não senti aqui, os últimos 3 episódios são bem mais sentimentais, sim, mas não acho que isso tenha sido um problema de ritmo
também vi pessoas reclamando do desenvolvimento de personagens, não acho que foram mal desenvolvidos considerando a quantidade de episódios e o tanto de personagens na obra, eles poderiam até ser mais explorados, como a Kozue e o Arue, por exemplo, mas eles não são personagens tão interessantes para a falta de desenvolvimento incomodar, afinal, a trama é muito mais focada no protagonista.
sinceramente eu acho esse anime muito redondinho, não encontrei muita coisa de ruim, mas nada de muito especial, eu recomendo muito assistir esse anime.

Don't waste your time watching this.
First off, is there anyone who's actually a fan of this?
I just finished watching it, and I really wonder, "Could this actually be someone's favorite anime?"
There's nothing special here. Honestly, I feel like I just wasted my time.

I'm still looking for the "romance" this anime supposedly promised. Honestly, I couldn't pinpoint any genre other than ecchi.
Ecchi is definitely not my favorite thing.
It doesn't bother me if it's not ridiculously over-the-top, and I went into this knowing it would be a bit explicit.
But dude??? They're high schoolers. How is this not problematic??? You've gotta have seriously bad taste to write scenes like that, for real.
Positives:
The "Legendary Age" scenes are mostly fun to watch, especially in the last few episodes.
The relationship between Ako and Nishimura is kinda nice to see. It's cool how Nishimura is considerate of Ako's feelings and can actually help her in certain moments. If this anime were an actual romance, the initial premise could've worked really well.
Negatives:
The animation is mediocre. It's impressive how, most of the time, the animation focuses entirely on how the female characters' (again, high schoolers') boobs jiggle.
The soundtrack is terrible. If you like the kind of music they used for the opening, honestly, you're probably a weird guy, and I'd avoid having a conversation with you.
The characters are just exaggerated stereotypes. There's no development, and they're completely uninteresting.
The episodes are painfully dull. I watched it all in two days, and I wanted to sleep after every episode. Honestly, even if you watched one episode a week, it would still feel super boring.
Overall, better not, bro. If you're looking for an anime like this, just watch Watamote. Way better than this.

Primeiramente, existe alguém que é realmente fã disso aqui?
Eu acabei de assistir agora, e eu realmente me pergunto "Será que esse é o anime favorito de alguém?"
Não tem nada de especial, sinceramente eu sinto que só perdi tempo vendo isso
Estou até agora procurando o "Romance" que o anime tava prometendo, na real eu não consegui identificar nenhum gênero fora o ecchi
Ecchi definitivamente não é meu estilo favorito, não me incomoda se não for estupidamente exagerado, assisti esse anime já esperando que seria um ecchi meio explícito, mas cara??? São colegiais, isso não é nem um pouco problemático??? Tem que ter muito mal gosto pra escrever cenas assim, namoral
Pontos positivos: As cenas do tal "Legendary Age" Na maioria das vezes são legais de ver, principalmente nos últimos episódios
A relação da Ako e do Nishimura é interessante de ver, é legal ver como o Nishimura é cuidadoso com os sentimentos da Ako, e como ele pode realmente fazer bem a ela em tais momentos, se o anime fosse realmente um ROMANCE, colaria muito bem a proposta inicial do anime.
Pontos negativos:
A animação é bem medíocre, é incrível como na maioria das vezes a animação é 100% focada em como os peitos das personagens (novamente, colegiais) balançam
A trilha sonora é horrível, se você gosta desse tipo de música tocada na abertura, eu sinceramente te acho um cara muito estranho, eu evitaria uma conversa contigo
os personagens são só esteriótipos bem forçados, não tem nenhum desenvolvimento e são completamente desinteressantes
os episódios são muito enjoativos, eu assisti tudo em 2 dias, eu queria dormir a cada episódio, acho que mesmo se você assistir um episódio por semana, vai continuar super enjoativo
Em geral, melhor não bro, se preocura um anime assim, melhor assistir um Watamote, mil vezes melhor que isso.

I don’t get it—the premise of the anime is already bad, so why did I even watch it? I was expecting it to be bad, so why was I surprised to find out it’s actually bad?
The pacing is extremely fast, and that bothers me a lot. Things happen so quickly that I can’t even process what just occurred. Many "important" scenes were extremely rushed, like the one where she confesses to him. They literally cut that scene in half and only show it in the final episode. Instead, the anime focuses on the most embarrassing moments possible, leaving everything else behind.
The male protagonist is kind

of cool, you know? He has his crazy ideas and weird moments, but overall, he’s just a normal guy.
Now, for the girl, on one hand, she’s normal, but I just can’t accept how she does so many ridiculous things without feeling embarrassed yet feels ashamed about accompanying the guy to college.
Absolutely nothing in this work stands out besides the secondhand embarrassment.
The art is terrible—the protagonist’s friends are so ugly that I laughed every time I saw them.
Except for those few seconds of manga advertising, the art itself is awful. If the anime’s art had just been the manga animated (as shown in the ad breaks), I wouldn’t complain.
The characters, as I said, are as simple as they come, with the girl being the only somewhat different one.
But some moments are actually kind of nice to watch, and the only nice moments are the NORMAL ones—when the scene isn’t unbearably cringy. This anime only got a 3/10 because the last episodes have a slight quality jump, making them genuinely enjoyable to watch.

não consigo entender, a premissa do anime já é um pouco ruim, então por que eu assisti? Eu já estava esperando que esse anime ia ser ruim, então por que fiquei surpreso ao ver que ele é realmente ruim?
o ritmo é extremamente rápido e isso me incomoda muito, tão rápido que as coisas acontecem e eu não sei o que aconteceu, muitas cenas "importantes" foram extremamente rushadas, como a cena onde ela se para ele, onde eles literalmente cortaram a cena no meio para só mostrar no último episódio, o anime acaba mais focando nos momentos mais vergonhosos possíveis e deixando pra lá os outros
o cara protagonista é até que legal, sabe? ele tem suas ideias malucas e seus momentos estranhos, mas em geral ele é só um cara normal
Agora pro lado da menina, ela por um lado é normal, mas não me desce a ideia de ela fazer tanta coisa ridícula e não sentir vergonha, mas ter vergonha de ACOMPANHAR O MANO NA FACULDADE
Absolutamente nada nessa obra se destaca, além da vergonha alheia
A arte é horrível, os amigos do protagonista são tão feios que me faziam rir toda vez que os via.
Exceto aqueles poucos segundos de propaganda do mangá, a arte em si é horrível, se a arte do anime fosse literalmente só O MANGÁ ANIMADO (como mostrado nos intervalos para propaganda) eu não reclamaria.
Os personagens, como eu disse, são os mais simples possíveis, sendo só a menina a mais diferente.
Mas alguns momentos são daorinhas de assistir, e os únicos momentos daorinhas são os NORMAIS, quando a cena não é extremamente vergonha alheia, esse anime só recebeu um 3/10 porque os últimos episódios tem um saltinho de qualidade, sendo realmente agradáveis de se assistir.
