WARNING, MILD SPOILERS AHEAD!
To be fair, I think these two hours could've been spent on something better. The idea had a lot of potential but unfortunately wasn't done right. There's tons and tons of anime movies that easily could overthrow this one. The only nice thing about the movie might've been the art. The story as many knows is about bullying and the struggle with depression, anxiety, overthinking, and the whole kit. And yes, these are heavy topics but to make a story with these topics should also include a way to make the watcher feel sympathy for the characters which in my opinion

Have you ever wondered what would happen if Fifty shades of grey got a gay anime adaptation? Then it would turn into this anime. This is what I would imagine the whole fifty shades of grey dominant x submissive relationship to be. Plotless with a lot of f*cking. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who isn't into hentai nor yaoi. I personally; a person who rarely watches hentai if not someone is all like "do NOT watch this" found this really hilarious. Cringe yes, but it was funny due to it being so bad.

This anime is not your typical sports anime but hell it was wholesome. If you're looking for a pure anime with the excitement of the matches and training then this ain't really for you. This anime follows the inner struggles of the team-mates and how they should be doing to overcome those complexes. What I'm trying to say is that this anime focuses more on the emotional aspect of the team rather than the actual game time. However, the games ain't forgotten but not "enough" as in other sports anime. Though, I would really recommend this anime for those of you who like slight angst,

So, I was never a fan of love stories nor comedy, I found those to be way too cliche and boring. This one, however, caught my interest due to the fact that it was a love story I could relate to; and that any other hardcore anime geek would relate to. I love the dynamic between the couples together and with each other and it just felt wholesome yet really cute. I recommend this to any hardcore anime geek who deep down hopes for a relationship with another geek. This anime even had me longing for a boyfriend who could share my geeky-ass personality.

Carole & Tuesday is one of the most beautiful stories I've seen. And believe me, I've seen MANY. Other from the contrast of the "rich girl" befriending the "poor girl" being beautifully made the rest of the connections with the characters really showed the society we youngsters live in. I truly enjoyed the combination of following not only the main characters' development and struggles but the anime also gave us insight on how the other characters felt and made them the way they are. The first episodes had potential, it was a good story, not all to unique but good. I liked the idea of Bam (Yoru) wanting to find Rachel etc. Then why did I give it 4/10? Well, the story got really out-dragged for a 13 ep anime. The only reason I actually finished it was due to the fact that I could afford "spending" 20 mins a week watching it while it aired. If I had waited for all the episodes to air I most likely wouldn't finish it.

I recently finished this anime and all those reviews made my question all this false marketing. I see a lot of critique about the relationship being forced and I do see where everyone is coming from, however, you can still understand the main character. Do I see this anime as I masterpiece? Absolutely not. Is it worth watching? Yes. It is a good anime that shows the struggles of someone trying to achieve their dream. Yes, it's lacking a lot but we're talking about a 12 episode anime. It's not all that easy to wrap a whole plot in 12 episodes without rushing the story.
