Art work is very similar. The character manners are no different than other except that in city hunter the protagonist is always being obstructed to his true desires. but in the end they both got what they wanted. Both very funny, hilarious, yet very epic.

If you liked Hajime no Ippo add

...then you might like "Eiji" add

Both themes are boxing. But the way of being a boxer was different. Both VERY funny in their own way. In my opinion both are very epic and exciting. Their personalities are VERY different or rather they are complete opposites.

If you liked Igano Kabamaru add

...then you might like Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi OVA add

Both are very funny/hilarious animes. There is fighting in igano kabamaru,though it is not as epic as history strongest disciple kenichi. They fight for the one they love or like. I would definitely recommend both these animes if you're looking for something to watch.

If you liked Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari add

...then you might like R-15 add

They both portray a harem theme. Isekai no seikishi monogatari is an amazing anime with almost an hour length per episode. R-15 not the best harem, but you can watch it if there is nothing left to watch.

If you liked Stop!! Hibari-kun! add

...then you might like Kaichuu! add

One of the Character acts and dresses like a girl and they both hit on a particular boy. They will do whatever to make them theirs. Both very funny and interesting animes.
