The similarities between those two animes are the characters, or at least the old man that is trying to keep up with his younger colleagues and ends up being one of your favorite characters. Both animes have dark themes, are directed towards an older audience and touch on corruption in a system that was thought to be to live ideally.

Subete ga F ni Naru
|
Both of the animes have the mystery element to them, and while Zetsuen no Tempest had abnormal elements in it, and Subete fa F ni Naru satyed on the realistic side. they both strike me to be similar in the way that a murder happens and that the anime is solely to investigate who the real killer is, with both of them having huge plot twists during, and an unexpected ending. if you liked either of their endings then you will definitely like the other. mind you, they do not have any plot similarities except the impossible murder.
