i bloody hate shoujos, romance in general i would say, it makes me feel nauseous and i end up just wanting to keel over and die, but i also happen to be a masochist so i spend a lot of my free time going through shitty shoujos just to feel something. no one reads reviews in their entirety especially not about some niche shoujo that isn’t particularly popular unless you’re some form of nerd so i just come here to rant - before that i’ll be serious and actually try to review this in a somewhat beneficial way

i think the manga portrays ... a very healthy relationship, we’re so used to seeing some toxic couple have way too many misunderstandings to be humanly possible that seeing two people just be in love seems terribly unique, this isn’t slow burn like at all, which i didn’t think i’d say this but i kinda miss slow burn, you’re expecting them to make out, sure as fuck they will so don’t expect butterflies everytime because the mangaka won’t make you yearn for it, the story is kinda wack , no deep dive into their past or character and shit but hey i don’t mind it, the art style is so lovely that couldn’t help but want to praise it, it’s cute, it’s healthy, it’s a breath of fresh air and it was enjoyable so give it a read!

rant, to get shit off my chest;
oh my fucking god, are there no public decency laws in this universe, goddamit the two MCs absolute fucking horndogs, making out everywhere, park bench, bloody school stairs straight up foreplay out in the open, jesus at least mention their into exhibitionism, at first i was like dude there’s no way they get that amount of privacy literally everywhere, but we see a short comic about a friend walking in and just immediately turning around, they make out in every goddamn chapter, every. single. one. and the art style is cute so i’m not complaining but like i’ve read some really shitty mangas where the slow burn is so goddamn strong that i’m physically combusting the first time the MCs touch, here though it’s kinda like yeah they’ll make out in every chapter so i does absolutely nothing for the butterflies in my stomach, also they’re so goddamn lovey dovey it makes me want to punch a wall like can you shut up for one goddamn second, “oh my god i want to spend the rest of my life with you” and “the only girl better for me is tomorrow’s you” like i’m absolutely gagging, wth, can you two relax, i can’t even hate them they’re so adorable, i don’t write reviews unless i absolutely hated something or i had a really good time and i’m pleased to say it’s not the former. what else can i grill - i think that’s it uh i’ve got everything off of my chest and i won’t spend the entirety of today absolutely bitter and frustrated (in the best way possible i really do love torturing myself with scenarios i would rather die than be in) this makes me seem like some romance starved asshole but i’m really not, you can enjoy shoujos without being particularly interested in people romantically right?

ah, not going to lie it was pretty good, after episode 7 which if you don't know is extremely eventful I was convinced that the series was going to continue to go downhill, mainly because philosophies from the big nosed American president seemed very boring to me, though ill be honest the last episode did redeem itself because um holy shit what happened. when the ending theme started to play I was sure I was going to give this series a 7 I mean it was enjoyable and all and 7 seemed like a fair number. however my final score is an 8 not a ... seven, which is mainly due to the scene after the ending theme, I won't give it away but just watching it scared me to no end, I was horrified.
I think one of the strengths of this show was how despicable and downright terrible the villain was, in a good sense, I hated her, she intimidated me and I was terrified of her, this review is all over the place, forgive me
good series, watch it if you can't decide. that's about it

reverse harem nightmare-
main character has no backbone, was blessed by god to be infuriatingly indecisive her whole life. I think an accurate name to this manga would be "sexual assault-the manga"
my god, the men in this manga, absolute trash, mc gets to pick from
-asshole brat, assaults at any given moment, treats her like property has extreme sexist tendencies (main)
-creepy brother that turns out to not be a brother that has been in love with his technically-sister (shudder)
-this other asshole that roofies her

who would you choose?
the manga kind of forces you to choose the absolute shithead that is ryouki tachibana, intimate moments are ... draw well and your heart will do that loop thing its supposed to do in shoujos except you'll realise our boy here is fondling with the mc's tits in public despite her telling him to stop. literally no concept of consent the entire time, and then that sweet feeling is replaced by terrible terrible nausea. oh and may I add the manga artist has such a talent for drawing the main couple making out, because that panel will look so sweet and they'll stare into each others eyes with such fondness and just confuse you as a reader, did I mention tachibana hits mc and calls her deragotary terms as a form of endearment, cute, right?
in my fury I just couldn't stop reading midway, I read it entirely in one sitting and proceeded to be sour the entire day.

despite all this, if youre feeling particularly self depreciating one day, give it a read and bask in that dominant-daddy-that's-an-actual-jerk-and-should-be-dumped-immediately also you-belong-to-me-so-dont-think-about-any-other-male-except-abusively-possessive boyfriend glory,

i think the first time i heard about this, i was told that it was a hentai that was impossible to fap to, and it puzzled me because i thought people were sick enough to fap to anything. regardless i don’t read hentai but with all the praise that this gets i decided to give it a go. it’s graphic but that’s coming from someone that doesn’t read a lot of hentai however i still think it’s extremely graphic.
it was just depressing, seeing this normal girl take the wrong path step after step, at one point i remember wanting to barf, i knew i ... was going to throw up, just a spiral of misery, ill think about this for a while, not the sort of thing you forget.
7 heart wrenching chapters

I'll be very short about this, better than season 2, still not as good as season 1. I understand that not many people are as interested in Psycho-Pass as they were when it first came out. Almost an entirely new cast (which i was a bit wary about) except for a few old faces. Surprisingly, the main protagnists were replaced in this season. Hopefully in the next season we see a lot more of the OG cast. It was alright, not too special. I liked the OP.
At times the animation got super bad but im happy to say that the more intense action scenes were ... well animated in comparison. The new characters are nice but for some reason I just can't get myself to like Maiko, her eyes and features just creep me out.
If you're a fan of Psycho-pass i would implore you to watch this season, however if you just want to jump into the series through this season, try season 1 instead.

Im going to be honest for at least 10.5 episodes I did not have the slightest clue as to what was going on, but I never clicked off because the animation and soundtrack is honestly one of the greatest ever. It's also incredibly funny and gripping, I was enjoying the show but I had no idea what all of it meant. However at the finale, the absolute end, somehow I sat there my heart knowing exactly what all of it meant as cheesy as that sounds, and im not talking romantically, my brain was still confused but my heart was nodding because it understood somehow?? ... I was feeling all the emotions I was supposed to feel despite the absolute confusion that was this show. Even now if someone asked me to explain what this show was about my brain would provide to be useless but honestly your heart will know exactly what's going on. This show is unlike any other and truly in the most abstract and inappropriate sense a complete masterpiece. A totally new and unique experience, just give it a try and bear through the crackhead-ness and inappropriate metaphors for a beautifully realistic end. 10/10 would recommend, kero.
