Both these anime are very messed up. Narutaru isnt as violent as Elfen Lied but its more disturbing. They both share some similar themes too.

If you liked Arakawa Under the Bridge add

...then you might like HenSemi (TV) add

Both are about adult characters, and both are about a main character that finds a group of weirdo people. HenSemi is more sexual and deals with fetishes and such, while Arakawa is more about people that have delusions about themselves, like only being able to walk on a white line.

If you liked FLCL add

...then you might like Aku no Hana add

Both have main characters that complain about being in a small town where nothing happens. Theyre both about guys in school that have their world turned upside down by meeting a new girl. both have unique art styles.

If you liked NHK ni Youkoso! add

...then you might like Aku no Hana add

While the basic setting/environment of these two anime are different, they both have male main characters who suffer from anxiety and and considered on the fringe of society. The main female leads both have "contracts" and are centered around bringing the male leads out of their shells. Aku no Hana has a darker tone than NHK.
