This is a hidden gem. It starts as a trash ecchi but at one point the story actually becomes good. The sad part is that it takes more than 20 chapters for it to do so, which at that point might have discouraged many readers that get tired of the pure ecchi. Getting past the beginning you might encounter some really interesting arcs that you would never expect this manga to have. The ecchi will still be present throughout the story, but it’ll lose some focus (which is good).

point of showing the wrong idea (and being a little annoying), like it has no story… just a softcore hentai almost.
This is ultimately this author's decision, to get the reader’s attention with pure ecchi to only later actually develop the story. It’s possible to predict lots of “came for the ecchi, stayed for the story” kind of situations, which is not a good look.
A little tangent, the anime for example just covers mostly the “bad” part of the story, when it’s the moment that it would pick up the pace… it ends… hence the low score and it probably will never see a second season.
Make your own judgements, if ecchi is not your thing maybe you should skip this. But if you’re ok with it (and endure the beginning), this is basically a must read.
I'm labeling this "Mixed Feelings" simply because this isn't for everyone, and the beginning falls short.
