Oh wow, who would know that the "oreimo" series turns out to end like that... mediocre, sins and taboo and so on.
Probably you've heard about the rumors and reviews all over the internet, if not here is a summary: << The oreimo series has been pretty famous since its very beginning but 3 years later it has gone in the wrong path: incest>>.
If you're into an anime based on blood-related incest, you're in the right place but don't blame if you throw up while watching it.

probably going to ask why they didn't add those specials to the original TV? Hint: There is no fan service. And yes you guessed it, even in Japan, this is still a taboo: bro-sis relationship, it would be embarrassing if this was released on TV and it's to make a good ruckus, if you and your sibling (and/or family) are to watch this on dinner time or later. Wow that would mark the last anime you may watch along your family.
Characters are no longer funny and you could see their true colors and development was forced... plot holes are everywhere and oriented to one bad scenario.
The only episode you're going to enjoy is the first, then, after "wait a minute" moments, you'll see a good list of holes in the scenario, the next two episodes are pretty mediocre and aren't worth watching UNLESS you're going to put a recommendation. No, after watching the next two episodes there will be no turn back button and things will go upside down, this is your last choice before going wrong.
Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND WATCHING THIS, Be a hero.Stop at the first OVA at most or don't start this.
If you are really an Oreimo fan, just don't .... never think of watching this

Probably, like most of Visual Novel readers, I feel this anime adaption not adequate enough to meet my expectations.
I feel this adaption is disgrace for the company that made Kanon, Air, Clannad, Little Busters and Rewrite and made our heart race during the whole show.
However, even with all this, the experience of Little Busters! : Refrain is a very UNIQUE and RECOMMENDED experience. Why? read this review.
==Story (9/10)==
As KEY production, just like always KEY made us expect. You're going to share both of great moments and sad moments during the show. So it's really recommended to prepare handkerchief before watching the latest episodes.

you're looking for crying and not morals, sorry dude, wait for either a better adaption or look for other KEY animes.
The story is about 4 boys, 1 girl forming together a great bond of friendship. Together they formed a small team "Little Busters!" which was later joined by 5 more girls that made a great combination. So far, so good, that's season 1.
However, It's clear that things aren't normal in that world: Like a cat giving missions, accurate predictions of future and even more, an endless day, weird memory loss and disappearence of people.
What's going on with this world? What's the secret of this world? Who's exactly Kyousuke? Is he really the one behind everything?
==Character (10/10)==
As you all know, little busters! is a team of 4 boys and 1 girl, later joined by more girls that do nothing but roaming around, playing and playing baseball.
Those are the leader, the muscle idiot, the Kendo idiot, the shy girl and the weak boy (no spoiler for those two later characters... just 'CHANGE') .
The group is later joined by 5 other girls: The Happy-Go-Lucky, the silent bookworm, the pervert genius, the wafu and the cheerful "Everything is alright" girl.
This combination is very amazing, It fits those who are looking for actions, leadership, pervery girl, moe, cheerful girl and of course comedy and targedy!
==Sound (9/10)==
Well, the soundtrack is by KEY. The music is amazing but not _THAT_amazing, Although some if heard again can get you to the depth of depression.
We have both of electric/piano and Calm/Noisy sound track. If you loved Clannad OST you'll with NO DOUBT love this.
Most of Sound Tracks are well placed except in many episodes.
The Seiyuu did their best in the show. Things can be voiced more dramatically especially in episode 10 and 2, but I can't complain. Overall it's 9/10...
==Art (8/10)==
The Art. Let's just say it's ruined.
Don't misunderstood me, I didn't say it's terrible but, it's good yes. However for this show, I feel like it needed more love from key animators.
The character design is a little dull compared to the big eyes in Visual Novel. However, it's good enough.
Certainly, the animation "film effects" are good. But It feels like people are jut forced to do the work, there is no deep affection. Art erm... shall we pass this?
== Overall (8/10)==
In one word "KEY" anime.
But KEY usually means 10/10. Yes, I'm NOT satisfied with the adaption, to put it in one sentence. And I'm really waiting for a better adaption in the future. This is Jun Maeda's last/latest work, that would mean it should better than Clannad and similar to Angel beats. But see the difference in scores.
== Enjoyment (8/10)==
I'm definitely NOT satisfied with the adaption, however, I really enjoyed it (except of the last episode , I felt like punching myself).
You'll really enjoy the other 12 episodes, I don't guarantee it I'm sure of it (for most tastes I mean).
Final words,
It's a good experience that you won't regret. Similarily goes with KEY works. Whether you're a fan of comedy/tragedy/school or not, it's definitely a great experience and I really recommend it.

Story (10):
Seitokai no Ichizon is one of the best anime ever done. Unlike classic Harems which focuses on single route ending, Seitokai no Ichizon makes everybody smiling, I mean viewers in first place.
So, Seitokai no Ichizon is more moral and feeling, comedy-oriented series. If you want to see the real feeling, you have to deduce them because they're not told clearly
Seitokai no Ichizon also features one of the best parodies that circle around 2000~2008 animes. If you want parodying this is your best chance to get understandable parody without having to watching 50 episodes or 200 ones.
Although, only the first episodes are parodying.
Art (9):
Good animation

and suitable for 2009/2010 anime-era. GC are good, not great but it does what it has to be done: getting idea
Sound (8):
The sound may not be great deal. They're standard
Seiyuu are good but not great
Characters (10):
Nicely picked characters. Each has its own taste and each is different.
Also, each was picked (not by random like others) by several specifications making them accurate and highly respectable.
As for Ken and his personality, I made him top of my fav characters :)
Enjoyment (9):
I really enjoyed Seitokai no Ichizon. I guess Season 2 (the ONA) won't be as the first season. I've actually enjoyed Seitokai no Ichizon in a way that kept watching it for days repeating it over and over again and each time I understand something new!
Overall (9):
so for now I'll leave the first season as one of my top favorite always referencing its ideas since they're more like mirror to real society and have even deeper analysis than just mere 4 characters + our main character.
RECOMMENDED! Even may not be your genre but I guess I recommend it as an ICON of anime

I actually enjoyed watching this piece of cr*p.

They keep blabbering about stuffs and never understood it, mars = japan or something...
Art:
When I finished it I thought it's from stone age (80s) but once I checked it's from 2005, I could understand that they added f before art....
Sound:

Bunch of serious monkeys clanged on some instruments to make such amazing SFX. And Just like other reviews, yes, the OST is so brilliant in a way classic composers themselves composed them
Characters:
Monkey + 3 cats. Nothing more to add. All together the heros of the vain trying to save our earth from Mars people.
Enjoyment:
I never laughed so hard. This anime deserve 10 in Enjoyment.
Overall:
Yes! this anime deserve the honor of the "worst anime ever made"!
