After all the hype and expectations I had for this series, it surely was very disappointing.
Starting with the good qualities, art and sound are good; the opening in particular, both in music and animation, is very captivating and I'd say the best thing of the whole anime.
The story is quite predictable. As soon as something new happens, you instantly understand where it'll go. If you've watched little or no romcoms until now, it could be more interesting to you; else you'll be bored.
Last and worst, the characters. Amongst the five main characters, three are unbearable. The protagonist is a crybaby, with the only difference that

a baby would be smarter. Regarding the girls, there are an obnoxious brat, an infantile sadist and a very shy girl that arrived at the last minute and was barely on screen. The main girl stands out because she is not bad: she's average. Her biggest flaw is that she plays along with the idiotic protagonist, but for the rest she's a very nice and average girl.
To sum it up, Kanojo, Okarishimasu is, as a romcom, a big flop, with some good aspects (thanks to the studio), and very low quality on the most important ones (i.e. story and characters). On the other hand, these bad qualities makes it quite funny. So, if you want to watch a good romcom, skip it; but if you want to laugh at a dumbass, go watch it right now.
