(This is a short review cuz I’m lazy:< )
*Before I get started, I want you all to know that this is my first review. I felt this manga is very special to me so I wanna share my perspective about this manga. Please bear with me and hopefully you’ll be able to fully understand my thoughts about this. I hope I’ll be able to give to you guys the flaws and the good points of this manga and also an idea about the manga

Story : 8/10
Nisekoi has an amazing story and I personally liked it. It’s the first time for me to come ... across a story like this and I think it’s great. The promise type of story that the mangaka did was new to me and It’s a standard harem rom/com with a lot of love interests and I would definitely recommend this people who are starting to read rom/coms. The mangaka did a good job for prolonging the story by adding some good cliffhangers and I’m quite impressed that this reached about 229 chaps. Those plot progressions are smooth at some point and the short arcs are well done and the support characters are given justice. I just feel that the ending (around 190-229) was a bit rushed and the fact that Raku just suddenly know who the right girl to pick after receiving Maiko’s advice is ridiculous. I think the mangaka wanted to end the manga and It’s fine but I wish there was just more to the story that the author can give but itz fine.

Art : 9/10
The art style is quite nice so I have nothing to complain about. The designs for each character are well detailed and I like that their emotions can come through the readers understanding.

Character : 7/10
This is the lowest out of all criteria that I’ve made. I’m not saying that this ruined the flow of the manga but for my point of view I think there’s some parts that they are too “cliché” “dense” whatever (I don’t know the right word for it) especially for the mcs. Some parts are like, so obvious at some point and they’re like just playing tug of war of who confesses first. As for team Onodera, I’m sorry guys but she just wasn’t aggressive and it’s kinda disappointing as a team Onodera at first because she’s just as dense like Raku and the mangaka just hates her and I don’t know why. As for team Chitoge well she’s fine but I just don’t like her “tsundere” attitude but sometimes her personality fits when it comes to her bonds with Raku. And for Raku, I don’t know bro……….. He’s the most dense character I’ve known. Mostly there are 30+ chapters of Onodera just blushing to Raku and how the hell did he not notice that? Well, the same for Onodera; Their relationship just didn’t go the way we expected it and the mangaka did a fine job for maintaining their relationship. The support characters are well introduced in the manga and I wish they were given their own ending, like I said earlier it’s because the ending was kinda rushed.


Enjoyment : 9/10
I definitely freaking enjoyed this manga! The lines are good and it’s like I’m riding an emotional rollercoaster. It has some good ups and downs key points and I think that’s what made me enjoy this manga

Overall : 8/10
I think my score is accurate as for what I see. I did find some flaws but at the same time the story gets good. This is one of the manga that i will re-read as time passes.
