Let me start by saying this anime is not bad. Does it deserve to be in the top ten, let alone the top 3? ABSOLUTELY NOT. It’s a run-of-the-mill shoujo rom-com anime. In my earlier days of watching anime I might have liked it. I expected the 3rd season to be freaking amazing (like Clannad: After Story) so maybe my expectations were just set too high.
Story: 1/10 It’s been done before.
Art: 8/10 effective and clean, nothing astoundingly beautiful.
Comedy: 3/10 only a few of the jokes in the whole series made me laugh, and it didn’t help that they kept recycling the
...
funny ones.
Characters: 5/10 The main duo is boring, but I love Ishigami—I actually had fun while he was on screen, which wasn’t enough.
Music: 5/10 Nothing astounding
Enjoyment: 3/10
TL;DR All in all, disappointing.

"And they lived happily ever after...Jk, this is just the calm before the storm."
This little gem is a diamond in the rough. It's not translated completely into english yet, but it doesn't have a single review, so I thought I'd write one.
Story: 9
The manhwa "Blind Marchen" is an interesting tale of a blind maiden on a search for something she's lost, be it her memories, her parents, or her sight. It puts an interesting twist on several familiar fairy tales, intertwining them into a beautiful web of a story. It is told in third person, also giving it more of a fairy tale feeling.
Art:9
The
...
art presented in this work is very beautiful, and is very well suited to a story such as this. As far as most manga goes, it is on the more realistic side, with closer-to-accurate proportions. The fact that it is in color also brings life to the story.
Character:8
Because of the shortness of the story, there isn't much character development as of yet, except maybe in the mad hatter. But character isn't the most important feature of this story, as most people who read it can make the characters into what they like, based on the fairy tales surrounding them. Also, many fairy tales aren't focused to much on character themselves. Stories such as Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty don't really develop their heroines, they just portray them as beauty and goodness incarnate. But it doesn't take away from the story.
Enjoyment:9
I have really enjoyed this manhwa so far. I love fairy tales, and it really brings them together into a beautiful creation. I highly recommend reading it. Even if you don't like it, it's not very long, so it won't waste too much time to try it out.

Ouran Highschool Host Club...oh where to start.
Story: 7
I wish I could give this series a higher score in this area. The basis for the story is quite original (even if it does include the typical male harem), but the execution could have been better. There were too many parts that I just wanted the plot to move faster, and it felt like many of the chapters were fillers. However, the comedy presented during the entire series was consistently hilarious and was one of the best parts of the series.
Art: 9
Hatori's art is beautiful and wonderfully detailed. I was constantly enraptured by the quality of
...
the artwork presented in this manga. It also complemented the work well, with the comedic scenes having hilarious artwork to complement the dialogue.
Character: 8
Most of the characters in this manga are stereotypical of the "male harem" genre, but nevertheless they all have their own personalities. Haruhi was by far the most interesting character, being the one of the least stereotypical heroines of a shoujo manga I have ever seen. So yeah, the crossdressing thing isn't that new, but she didn't even care about genders at all. And she was good at getting the ladies...:)
Enjoyment: 7
I immensely enjoyed this manga during the parts where I couldn't wait to see what was coming next, but there wasn't enough of that. I read this manga because I wanted a continuation of the anime (which is freakin hilarious), and it did a pretty good job, it just could have been a lot shorter and had the same effect. Nevertheless, I still recommend it to any readers who love romantic comedy :)

Story: 9
This story is about an unrequited love triangle. (of a sorts...it kinda turns into a square later....haha) Basically, no one has romantic feelings for the one who likes them. It really didn't have a very original feel to it at first, but it has some good twists and doesn't take too long to develop. I did want more at the end, but the conclusion felt nice and I didn't really mind using my imagination to fill the gaps.
Art: 7
The art fits the story well, but the faces of a lot of the characters look the same or very similar.
Character: 7
None of the
...
characters are particularly original in themselves, but they have some pretty interesting interactions.
Enjoyment: 9
A short cute manga to read just for fun :)

Sometimes you watch an anime, and you have to watch the first few episodes to get into it, and then it gets good. This one is different. You watch the first episode, and you're just like--what the freaking crap was that. It almost feels like you're watching the final episode instead of the first one. Granted, it made me want to watch the rest of the anime, but it kind of made the rest of it anti-climatic.
Story: 7
The story was definitely different from your normal shoujo. The reason I only gave it a seven is because like I said, it felt like the climax was
...
the beginning. The plot kind of deteriorated throughout and became more cliche.
Art: 9
This is just personal opinion, but I really like this type of art, and it fits the anime well.
Sound: 7
Nothing particularly fantastic or horrible about it. None of it really stood out.
Character: 9
This is one of the strong points of this anime. Both main characters are not your stereotypical protagonists. The girl is not particularly attractive, and the guy, well, is insane. But both go through major development.
Enjoyment: 7
I started this anime and I really liked it, enough to give it at least a 9. But you can't put a climax at the beginning and expect it to work out. It raises your expectations too high.
I recommend this if you like the shoujo genre. I appreciate any feedback :)

I just finished this anime, and I loved it! I decided to watch it because FMAB is my favorite anime ever, as I'm sure many other anime fans did.
Story: 9
The story is quite simple, but that's perfectly okay for a slice of life anime such as this. I think one of the biggests assets of this anime is it's originality. It's a new twist on the "school/slice of life" genre that's hasn't been seen before, and it's done well.
Art: 9
AHHHH! NOSTALGIA!!!!
It looks just like the art from Fullmetal! XD It's simple, but it's not distracting and the animals are realistic. The backgrounds
...
are also well done.
Sound: 10
All the music works very well with different moods portrayed in the anime. For the most part it is lighthearted. The OP is very cute and catchy, and the ending is very pretty.
Character: 10
I love all the characters! The all have distinctive personalities, and they are easily likable. Hachiken has the most development by far, but that's natural considering the length of the series and the fact it's centered around him.
Enjoyment: 11
It was just so much fun to watch! For the most part it is lighthearted and funny, but there are also serious parts and struggles. I love the center around finding your dream. Now let's go find ours!
I highly recommend watching this anime! :D I appreciate any feedback. Thanks :)

There are lot of ways to go wrong when you write an anime based on a famous work. Especially when that particular work is widely disliked by your target audience. Who wants to read a play about two young teens who kill themselves because they think the other is dead (practically right after they met)? It sounds silly. But Romeo X Juliet takes the brilliant parts of Shakespeare's play and turns them into a truly fantastic anime.
Story: 10
For a plot that was (loosely) based off of a previously written work, this was done remarkably well. Each episode makes you eager for the next.
Art:
...
10
Not your conventional art for an anime, but once you get past the first few episodes, you get used to it. Some of the backgrounds are especially beautiful.
Sound:9
The music is very fitting to the atmosphere of the anime and adds much to it. The OP version of "You Raise Me Up" made me fall in love with the song. I also liked the ending songs.
Character: 10
The character development in this anime is phenomenal. Almost all of the major characters go through some sort of change, and I'm not just talking Romeo and Juliet. Even the more annoying characters get more likable.
Enjoyment: 10
I thoroughly enjoyed this anime. It always keeps you on the edge of your seat, and you just have to see what happens next. The end of each episode is just too tempting. If you like a good romance (and a tearjerker) I would highly recommend watching Romeo X Juliet.

This is my first review. It is mostly a review of Clannad: After Story, but I'm including comments on the first season, mainly to show how much the second season improved on the story.
I watched the first episode of Clannad, and I didn't really like it. The art wasn't really my style, and I thought Nagisa was weird and Tomoya was boring. I'm also not really into harem anime. So I stopped after the second episode. But I just couldn't ignore its overwhelmingly high scores, especially the scores of Clannad: After Story. So I decided to continue watching it at a later time. And
...
boy was I glad I did.
Story: 10
People aren't perfect. Neither is life.
Art: 9
As I said earlier, the art wasn't my favorite at first. But it grew on me. One of my favorite parts were the different facial expressions, especially the painful ones. I thought they were done really well.
Sound: 9
The OP for both Clannad and Clannad: After Story were both beautiful. There were also hidden "spoilers" in both, (and in the endings too) but you don't realize what they are showing until it is revealed in the story, which I thought was pretty cool. I also liked how they used the ending theme of Clannad as background music (the dango song) fairly often in After Story. It actually fit really well. All the rest of the background music was also well done. My only complaint is the ending song of the second season ruined the mood a little after a few of the episodes. I was bawling my eyes out over here, and then this happy-go-lucky song starts playing. haha.
Character: 10
I don't really care for harem anime. The characters are way too stereotyped. There's the genius, the over-violent, and the "I try way too hard to be cute". The stories around each character did help, but most of those had been done before too. The story "My parents died in a plane crash trying to come home for my birthday when I threw a temper tantrum" has been done too many times. Ok then, so why did I give this area a 10? I felt as if Clannad: After Story solved these problems. After a few lighthearted episodes at the beginning of the season, more serious things begin to happen, and Tomoya and Nagisa go through hardships together. Tomoya's development was fantastically well done. Nagisa is a strong girl, and she get's stronger at Tomoya's side. Nagisa's parents are quite fun, but I think they also added a lot to the story. The girls become supporting characters instead of main characters. In other words, it stops being a harem and becomes something amazing.
Enjoyment: 10
I love a good tear-jerker. Even during the parts that were not sad, I wanted to cry simply because it always managed to touch my heart. Of course, it made me laugh as well. I highly recommend it.
