Both focus on martial arts, most specifically sword fighting and both Mc has to fight a lot strong enemies to reach their goals. Both Mc fight to aid a royalty and the stories are set way back in time. It's not always easy to tell who is good or bad. Very similar feeling to both manga and both pay good attention to details in the story.

Mc is basically sick of society and then randomly finds the means to change it. Light finds a death note and Hiyama learns about hypnosis. They use these to try and create a new world and also eliminate everyone who stands in their way. Light tries to get rid of L and Hiyama tries to get rid of Kuonji. They will stop at nothing.

MCs end up another world in both series. MCs have a big purpose in the other world. MCs end up in a lot of danger but finds comrades to help them out. MCs start fighting for a cause and for their lives.

Characters are cute. Some are traumatized. In both shows they're in a scary school were things will try to kill you and you'll most likely die. Characters fight for their lives. Full of horrifying and sad deaths. Corpse Party has more gore but both are creepy.

Students are mysteriously killed in horrifying ways in their school. Both have supernatural themes and students try to escape a curse. Corpse Party has more gore but both are bloody and scary. Both have their own twists that you most likely won't have seen coming.

Both mc are living a normal high school life until they accidentally summon a supernatural girl. The girls enroll at their schools and ofcourse lots of problems comes up. Mc's are good for nothing and considered weird by their peers, they're both perverts who wants to find a cute girlfriend. They're actually really good people in the end tho. They both fall for respective girls. Very similiar art, setting and humour. Mc's look and act almost the same.

Both are about a group of school girls with different personalities who become close friends. Both mc are a bit shy but they're always encouraged by their friends so that they'll dare to blossom. Both mc are a bit clueless and whimsical. Also Wakaba and Tami both have never stopped anywhere on their way home from shcool and are both from a wealthy and strict family. Their friends want to show them a good time. Sure these shows have a lot of differences too but it gave me the same type of feeling while watching.

Both shows are historical shoujo's. Both mc are not physically strong but have lots of determination. Mc has unusual red hair. Both mc run away from their home because they are being targeted. They end up with some people who will help/protect them. The shows have similiar humour but are also serious. Both involve royalty and kind of same type of action. A similiar "vibe" and some similiar characters. If you liked one you will most likely like the other.

They're both psychological thrillers written by the same person. They're both about girls who have been used as human experiments. These girls have super powers. The male mc tries to hide them from the evil organization they came from. Both are creepy and have lots of gore and ecchi. Both are great.

Mc girl is very shy and awkward and fall for the most popular boy in school. They struggle to convey their feelings which leads to misunderstandings. Both have typical shoujo school setting and the girls grow a lot through out the series. Both are very heart warming stories that will touch your heart, if you like one of them I'll guarantee you'll like the other.

Both involves solving mysteries and has a dark feeling to them, people get murdered, possesed and so on. Both kind of critizes society. Both have equally interesting and somewhat crazy characters, many with dark pasts.
