Both manga series have a male and female lead that seems like they have dated before but in actuality, they don't have any experience and end up being awkward around each other. They're both cute and funny and have romance. While Kaguya-sama is set in a high school setting, it's a seinen while this series is a shoujo despite them being in their late 20's to early 30's. If you enjoy comedy that has things like internal panicking and screaming due to inexperience in romance, I think you would enjoy Kaguya-sama as well.

Nega-kun to Posi-chan

The main guy in this manga kinda reminds me of the main male character in Kaguya-sama, Miyuki Shirogane. Nega is similar to Miyuki because 1) They both have eyebags under their eyes and 2) They both have misconceptions about the girl they like looking at them with disgust. However, little do they know that they have mutual feelings. Both series are both funny and you get to see their relationship progress from both the girl's and guy's perspective.
