Both of the manga has a dark feel to the setting, and the characters from the stories are 'mature'... as they say. Both stories deal with unusual teenage problems, and the characters hold deep dark feelings inside them. (not horror) even has similar drawing styles. -eg. the realistic features of the characters' faces, or the sketch of the backgrounds.

If you liked Bokura wa Itsumo add

...then you might like 360° Material add

The male lead are similar in a way - for example, they are both in their own worlds, or something like that; mysterious/weird. Basically, you wouldn't know what they're really thinking. The female protagonists are also a bit weird - they do unordinary things, so in the end, both of the male and female characters are hard to relate to ourselves(?) . To explain, if i were to describe them as blood types, then both of the female and male protagonists would be AB. <-- (it's just an example) Also, because both of the stories have a girl that act as a love rival, such as like an ex-girlfriend, etc. In addition, the stories both have a 'love triangle' kind of thing :-)
