TLDR; My thoughts on this manga can be summed up in two quotes directly taken from the manga itself:
"I've really had enough of love triangles already..."
and
"Hisame, I honestly don't give a shit about you."
Story 6/10
...
Oh man, where to start? The story follows the standard shoujo romance formula: The not so popular girl begins a romantic rendezvous with most popular guy in school. Oh, and not only is he super hot, he's also super rich! But don't let that fool you, since he's a poor, misunderstood soul by everyone except our heroine! Soooo original, right?!
Cliches aside, I still LOVED the beginning of this manga. It was super funny and had all of those classic "OMG SO CUTE" moments. It was all extremely enjoyable from the start and I could not put it down because I loved it so much.
But then the story does a complete turn midway through and suddenly wants to start castrating itself over and over again. Likeable characters suddenly become annoying and OC. Everything starts to go in circles and we're stuck in an agonizing limbo of "OMG WILL THEY RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ALREADY THERE'S BEEN LIKE 20 CHAPTERS OF NOTHING BEING DONE". Wayy too many love confessions, love triangles, and NTRing.
The manga manages to redeem itself in the end but it still wasn't enough to make me give the story a 9 like I originally wanted to.
I also found it disturbing that all of these characters are actually just a bunch a middle schoolers acting dumb and horny af. Now I see why they were being so melodramatic...
Art 9/10
Art is always subjective but I thought everything was drawn beautifully. The background details, the character designs... all so perfect. And as someone who reads a lot of shoujo, I had no problems with the gratuitous amount of sparkles and flowers scattered throughout the panels.
This category still doesn't get a 10 though, because sometimes the art made me feel like I was reading an ecchi manga. There were so many fanservice-like ass and boob shots of Yukina that I was like -_-
Character 6/10
This score is an accumulated average based on the individual scores I have given each character.
Yukina 7/10
Yukina starts off as a great heroine! She's confident and cool, but has weaknesses that ground her. She isn't quick to give up and cry when things get tough. She knows what she wants and isn't afraid to get it, and does whatever it takes to achieve her goals. A breath of fresh air compared to the many generic shoujo heroines I've seen!
But midway through the story, her character does a COMPLETE 180. All of a sudden she becomes your stereotypical shoujo romance heroine: self-pitying, whiny, and a huge crybaby. The plot goes in circles because of her indecisiveness! I was disgusted.
Thankfully, she returns back to her usual self near the end of the story.
Shigure 10/10
THE SAVING GRACE OF THIS MANGA! Shigure reminds me a lot of Arima from Kare Kano, although he's a lot less dark. He's got this really nice, kind outward appearance which makes everyone think he's a model student and son, but in reality he's actually quite mischievous and sly. He feels a pressure to be perfect, especially in front of his father. So when he's around Yukina, he's able to relax and be himself.
Shigure really is the star of this manga. He's adorable (yet totalllly sexy), charming, and actually acts like a human being. Part of the reason why the manga drags midway through is because Shigure isn't there for most of it!
Akira 6/110
Sigh. I initially really liked Akira. He was the sweet, pure-hearted cinnamon roll that had to be protected. I felt so bad for him because of his past and for the fact that it was obvious he would never get with Yukina over Shigure. But then he starts to acting like an annoying NTRing brat and I soon just wanted to skip over the pages that had him in it. Dude, you're Yukina's cousin. Stop trying to feel her up.
Mami 8/10
A realistic character that has flaws like a normal human. If you've read/watched Kimi ni Todoke, she reminded me of Kurumi... a more annoying, whiny, bratty version of her, that is. But I still liked her and felt bad for the various things she had to go through. The REAL cinnamon roll that we all must protect.
Hisame 1/10
Ugh. Just... ugh. He NTRs more than anyone else in this story. A lot of the story's conflicts surround this guy, and he continues to make more and more each time! Seriously, the manga could have ended a long time ago, but Akira keeps creating more and more issues for the sole purpose of dragging out the story! He's suppose to be a dark person on the outside but sweet on the inside, but he's impossible to like when he doesn't seem to learn a single freaking lesson from every issue resolved.
Enjoyment 6/10
Mannn, I was so in love with this manga at the beginning. Yukina and Shigure made an amazing duo, with neither of them taking each other's crap and constantly having those "OMG SO CUTE" moments. But again, that was the beginning of the manga. Midway through everything crashes and burns, and I felt so irritated with how the amazing Yukina turned into an annoying brat. Conflicts constantly running in circles, a stupid student-teacher arc... ugh.
The manga saves itself in the end, but man oh man did it take its time.
Overall 7/10
Like I said before, this is a really funny and amazing shoujo that takes a disappointing drop midway through. All of the issues really shouldn't have dragged on like they did. The story redeems itself in the last few chapters, but then the whole manga ends shortly after and left me feeling like :/
If it wasn't for the amazing first half, I would have probably rated this lower. I would recommend this manga to shoujo romance lovers who are patient enough to get through frustrating story arcs and wanting to see better shoujo protagonists. Yukina is pretty likeable despite her OC moments and still a lot better than many of the shoujo heroines we see today (talkin' bout you Erika Shinohara)

TLDR; A show comprised of 30% sugar, 40% poop, 50% underwear, and 45% dick. Does that add up to 100%? No, which doesn't make sense. Like this show.
And I love it.
Story 7/10
A series that follows the typical American cartoon style of episodic plot. Pretty much every episode has the sisters fight a monster, struggle through it, and remain victorious in the end. While it may not seem like a unique premise, the execution of each episode was great. However, in the last two episodes of the show, there was a sudden change of ACTUAL plot. It felt... off and contrived.
Obviously, a core component to this
...
show is its humor. It's chock full of gross toilet humor and crude dick jokes. Not everybody is going to enjoy that, but hey, I did. It's fun and brainless humor.
One thing I will say that I enjoyed and felt was unique was the show's message in the end: Who cares if people think of you as "just a little bitch"? BE "just a little bitch", and be proud of it. The only one who can judge you is you.
Or maybe I was just high (like I'm sure the creators of this show were) and thought of a deeper meaning than the show actually gave. LUL.
Art and Animation 6/10
The art is nice and colorful. I liked how they went for a Powerpuff Girls aesthetic. The occasional flashes of "traditional anime" were pretty awesome too. However, I give this a 6 because I felt like the animation was inconsistent. Sometimes it's fluid and awesome, while at other times, it's the same quality you'd get from a Newgrounds flash game.
Sound 10/10
Ohh yeah. The best thing about this show.
Music is stellar. The OP and and ED are great, but the best music are the songs that play throughout the show. The soundtrack consists of electronic, D&B, and rock music that keeps the mood exciting and fun. For example, "Fly Away", the song that plays when Panty and Stocking do their quintessential pole dance, is one of the many musical gems that MUST be worshipped.
Of course, we can't talk about sound without addressing the show's voice acting. The JPN dub is okay. Panty talks in the typical "tough yankee" style, while Stocking speaks in a high pitched, "himedere" manner. It's not bad, but it's not great either. It's simply average. However, it was still quite amusing to hear the seiyuus scream "FAKU" over and over.
The ENG dub is what really shines. The VAs actually rewrote a lot of the dialogue in order to make everyone sound as crude and as over the top as possible. You can tell they really had fun with it!
Character 5/10
Meh. Everyone here is a cliche and trope. Nobody develops as a character at all. Even when Panty seems to show a caring side to Brief, it quickly vanishes. But I think it's fine. Remember, this show isn't something to take seriously.
Enjoyment 9/10
I really enjoyed watching this show. Far more so than all of the stupidly melodramatic anime that I have seen as of late. Like I said, it's a show that doesn't take itself seriously, and neither should you. It's healthy to turn your brain off once and a while!
Overall 8/10
Look, you're either going to love this show or hate it. Some people will despise its crude humor and lack of common sense. Others, however, will appreciate the mind-numbing fun that is known and Panty and Stocking.
Just don't expect a second season :P

TLDR; Your standard romance shoujo. Which means it takes place in a high school, where the average, not so popular girl falls for the super popular guy, who has a tragic backstory! Gasp! Such drama! Much wow!
...not.
Story 3/10
How disappointing. The first episode, while seemingly cliche, made the show appear to be pretty interesting. A girl who has the terrible trait of lying. A sadist and a masochist! But once Erika falls for Kyouya... siiighh.
Also, Erika isn't a masochist. A masochist is someone who actually enjoys pain and torment. She does not.
Art and Animation 8/10
...
Pretty damn good, if I have to say. It's nice and colorful, and the character designs are nothing to sneeze at. Kyouya's design, in particular, is... damn. He fine af.
Animation is average. It's perfectly fine for what the genre is.
Sound 5/10
Music is fine. OP is pretty good, ED is... eh.
I personally found Erika's voice to be grating and irritating at times. Especially when she cried- which happened a lot because, remember! This is a typical shoujo romance!
Yet, I will still give sound a 5 because I am totally biased towards Sakurai's voice. Damn it, man! WHY DID YOU HAVE TO VOICE SUCH A DOUCHEBAG?!
Character 1/10
So bad. I could not stand anyone in this show. Erika was actually a bit likeable at first. I enjoyed that she was a compulsive liar. It showed she wasn't perfect and was just human. And I found her pretty relatable when she had some awkward moments. Yet, her likeability went out the window when she failed to grow a spine.
She allowed herself to be manipulated and abused (physically and emotionally) by this dude just because she believes she's in love with him. Sigh.
Kyouya is an asshat. He's your typical popular anime dude with a tragic backstory. I personally don't believe his past experiences can excuse his abusive behavior, but whatever.
Enjoyment 4/10
The show had its funny moments, especially in the first half. Yet, the show becomes pretty painful to watch as we see Erika metaphorically castrate herself over and over, allowing this man's abuse just so she can win his love.
Overall 4/10
This show reminded why I tend to have so many issues with shoujo anime. Weak and spineless heroines, douchebag bishies... sigh. Yet despite everything, I continue to come back to this genre, even when it constantly continues to pump out generic stuff like this. If you're new to shoujo, I guess you could enjoy this since it wouldn't be something you have seen over and over again. Otherwise, stay away. There are better things to watch.

TLDR; Gorgeous looking show with an interesting premise, but is ruined by bad writing and awful characters.
Review will contain mild spoilers to explain why the review is so low.
Story 2/10
Interesting premise, but poor execution. Many things that happen would be excusable and fine if treated as joke, but most of it is meant to be taken seriously.
I think if I DIDN'T play a lot of MMORPGs I wouldn't have as many issues as I did with this show. But I have played a lot and so many of the parts of the story made no sense to me. First off, the issue with beta players.
...
As someone who has beta tested for MMORPGs like Guild Wars 2, I can assure you that beta testing doesn't give you this huge, ridiculous advantage over others like this show makes you think. Also, does SAO not provide ANY TUTORIALS? The way some players acted (like Klein) made me believe so, which is completely ridiculous for a game such as this one. Another issue I had was that apparently being a solo players makes you level super fast and stuff? Uh, no. I could go on about the other issues involving the gameplay of SAO but it'd be too long and at the end of the day this is an anime not a video game. Basically there's no logic when it comes to the story. Oh and the second arc is just plain terrible.
Art and Animation 9/10
Personally, I think this show is absolutely beautiful looking and the animation is top notch. If you watch any boss battle in the show, you'll see what I mean. The only slight issue I have with the art is that literally all of the main characters have the same face template...
Sound 10/10
Epic music that really enhances the mood of the scene. Not much to say here other than the fact that it is excellent. Oh, and the OP? Sooooo freaking catchy. I have it on my phone. I love it that much.
Characters 1/10
Annnnd here's the worse part of the anime. Kayaba is a bad villain simply because we don't know his motives and his reasonings for them. Like, he trapped all of these players here because... he felt like it? What's the logic here? Even simple villains like Bowser from Mario have clear intentions and goals.
Asuna is the main love interest and an extremely disappointing character. She had such potential to be this cool badass and ends up being a stereotypical tsundere who needs rescuing from her bae (even though we keep being told she's this super strong fighter)
And now to talk about Kirito. In short, he's this super OP dude that is basically godly at all videos games and also knows how to hack and break the rules of the show's universe. He's a wish fulfillment character.
Enjoyment 4/10
As much as I liked the music and art, I kept feeling irritated when I watched this. It was annoying to see all of these mechanics in MMORPGs be ruined. Like, has the creator ever played an MMORPG all the way through to endgame? Because it felt like he hadn't. Also Kirito's OPness was annoying. And the second arc was a joke.
Overall 4/10
Beautiful, but had no depth. And everything I criticized in this review had to do with the first arc. The second arc threw away what little good writing it had ALL away.

TLDR; Even if it has BL, it doesn't excuse the show from poor writing and poorly written characters.
I like BL... which is something this show has. But I also like good writing... which is something this show DOESN'T have.
Story 3/10
As I mentioned before, this show's writing is pretty bad. The story is basically the characters going through the everyday issues they have at work (needing to meet a deadline, being overworked, ...being sexually harassed by their boss...) and a bunch of romantic melodrama that basically boils down to bad communication. A lot of decisions the characters make are questionable and usually made me go "WTF
...
you doin m8". Oh, and apparently all the dudes that work at this shoujo department are gay. Makes sense.
Art 7/10
It's good. Many attractive bishies and stuff. Woo. However, one of my gripes is that all the ukes basically look the same (sneering expression, big eyes, short). Same can be said about the semes.
Sound 6/10
The OP and ED of the first season are okay. Season 2 had a better OP and ED. The rest of the music is forgettable at best and dull at worst. However, I give this a 6 because it has some good voice acting (not to mention that it features many of my seiyuu biases).
Character 2/10
The worst part of this entire anime. Also this part will contain mild spoilers so if you don't wanna know, move on. First off, the personalities of the ukes are basically carbon copies! HINT: They're tsunderes. On the other hand, the personalities of the semes are different but blander than cardboard. Yukina- The "prince". Basically a perfect dude with pretty much no flaws besides the fact that he's a lot younger than his lover (but that's not even a flaw so WTF). Hatori- A kind and caring workaholic who is very loyal. He was actually the most likeable out of the main six but apparently he rapes Yoshino in the manga so nvm I guess. Takano- the seme of the main couple and the dude I had the most issues with. First of all, he basically abuses his power as Onodera's boss and sexually harasses him both in and out of the office. Yes, we as the audience knows that Onodera does like him, but no means no. He tells Takano to stop MULTIPLE TIMES and yet Takano just pushes it further going like "you know you want it". BRUH, STOP. He also takes advantage of Onodera when he's drunk and then has the audacity to get pissed at Onodera when he doesn't remember what happened. Dude, you were completely sober and knew full well that he was drunk and yet you were like "we'll bang okay". Creep. He only gets slightly redeemed near the end when we FINALLY see his backstory.
Enjoyment 6/10
Even though I had issues with the characters and story, I will admit that I enjoyed watching this at times. Why? Cuz I like BL, and there are barely any shows that have it.
Overall 4/10
At the end of the day, this show is only about fan service for BL lovers. There is no depth to it at all and does not portray a healthy relationship in anyway. Don't be fooled by this show's high ratings. We fujoshis tend to cling onto anything that has BL and hype it up to be better than what it actually is. If you can turn your brain off, then you'll probably enjoy this. Otherwise, stay away as this show will make you go "wtf are you doing m8 he said stop OH GOD WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS YOU'RE HIS BOSS I'M PRETTY SURE SOMEONE COULD FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST YOU FOR DOING THAT". Or something.
