A story about love and friendship.
Isshuukan Friends gave me a sense of warmth in my heart as I watched this light hearted story about beautiful friendships and innocent romance. It kind of reminds me of who I am when I was a kid. my hopes and dreams were far more simpler and good natured. In hopes that the child of me is not disappointed of who I am right now, I watched and enjoyed the show to the fullest.

The story is about a boy meets a girl and asks her to be friends. But this girl has some kind of issue that would make the ... boy's request impossible. Will the boy give up? Will the girl give in? If you're a slice of life fan or not believe me this is a good piece of art!

Spring always comes to life, buried underneath a pile of snow. Sadly this show was buried too deep.
Since I'm a big fan of Yahari Ore no Seishun, I will give a sharp criticism not on how good it is, but rather on how good it should've been compared to the first season.

Characters:
At first, things were flowing into the right direction which was set by the first season, but as I kept going something felt wrong. And when I neared the end I started to wonder, where did the cleverly sarcastic Hikigaya, Hachiman disappear? The one who would always hit the truth. Where ... did the confident sharp tongued Yukinoshita, Yukino? And how did she turn out this way? It's as if the best two characters were replaced out of notice and ruined the main flavor of the show.

Story:
Both the story and the plot were fogy and unclear. The climax left me unconvinced.
The first two chapters were going great, even better than the first season, but suddenly things turned awkward between the three club members, with no good reason at all. After that everything went down, and the events developments were too sudden and unrealistic. As well as the dialogues became empty and the drama was forced, or you can say, it was over-dramatic for nothing. In general literature, every story must have a plot, and every plot must end with a conclusion, which I couldn't find any of that at the end.

The Art & sound:
The art was as good as ever. As for the sound, the characters voice actors are well placed, as well as the opening soundtrack is awesome!

In the end, I still enjoyed the show to some extent, but this disappointment was only because of the high expectation I built after the first season.

Before I go into the review, I would like to say something. Despite all the bad reviews claiming that this anime is a cliche, IT IS NOT! This show is great.

The Story: 8
Likely followed by age-old horrors thought only to be myth, vampires emerged from the dark and took control, after the world had met it's end in 2012 by a man-made virus, exterminating mankind leaving only children under the age of thirteen untouched. This is the story of a 12-years old Yūichirō and his family from Hyakuya Orphanage who live under the protection of the vampires in exchange for donating their blood. Living like ... a livestock Yūichirō and his fellow friend Mikaela plotted to escape the vampire's rule, which ends in a terrible tragedy. Four years later, Yūichirō dedicates his life to destroy vampires and seek revenge against them for murdering his "family".
This is a story about revenge, friendship and sacrifice which you don't cross everyday.

The Art: 7
The character design was great and the colors were perfect, there's not much to say about the art except the animation was a bit lacking, specially the movement parts.

The Characters: 7
They were somewhat typical, the protagonist is a stubborn guy yet a person with a very good heart, who loves and cares about his friends.
Two small girls using big weapons and very strong, one of them is the typical blond two tailed tsundere. And other two male characters who make the Moon Demon battalion.

The Enjoyment: 9
Personally I enjoyed it so much, a story about revenge preceded by heart breaking tragedy, and the plot was perfect in so many ways, but mostly it gave me a true sense of intensity and peril.

In the end, even though the animation isn't the best and the characters personalities are somewhat typical, still this anime has so many good points that I'm sure if you give it a try you will love it.
