Texhnolyze is a dark and brooding anime series that left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, it's a bold and unconventional attempt at storytelling, but on the other, its bleakness and slow pacing can make it a daunting experience for many viewers.
The positive aspect of Texhnolyze is its unique and unapologetically dark narrative. The series doesn't hold back in its exploration of dystopian themes, human suffering, and the consequences of technological advancement. It pushes the boundaries of traditional storytelling, making it an intellectually stimulating journey for those who appreciate unconventional narratives.
However, the show's relentless bleakness and the sheer weight of its oppressive atmosphere can
...
be a major turn-off. The characters are often one-dimensional, with very little emotional depth or development. While this might be intentional to convey the hopelessness of the setting, it can be challenging to connect with or invest in the characters' fates. The slow pacing and cryptic storytelling also make Texhnolyze difficult to follow at times, leaving viewers bewildered and disconnected from the narrative.
In conclusion, Texhnolyze is a polarizing series that offers a unique and thought-provoking experience for those willing to delve into its darkness. However, its grim tone, one-dimensional characters, and often confusing narrative can make it a frustrating and even alienating watch for many. If you're a fan of unconventional and emotionally taxing storytelling, Texhnolyze might be worth a try, but for others, it could be a daunting and unsatisfying journey.

"91 Days" is nothing short of a masterclass in storytelling, character development, and atmosphere. This anime has all the elements that make it a truly unforgettable and gripping experience.
First and foremost, the storyline is a rollercoaster of emotions and suspense. Set during the Prohibition era, it plunges you into the treacherous world of the mafia, revenge, and betrayal. The plot is a carefully woven tapestry of intrigue, revenge, and moral ambiguity that keeps you on the edge of your seat from the very beginning to the heart-pounding end. The pacing is impeccable, with each episode building on the last, leading to an astonishing climax that
...
will leave you speechless.
The characters in "91 Days" are richly developed and multi-dimensional, each with their own motivations and moral dilemmas. The main character, Angelo Lagusa, is a complex protagonist driven by a thirst for vengeance that you can't help but empathize with. The supporting cast, including Nero Vanetti and Fango, adds layers of depth to the story, with each character contributing to the intricate web of alliances and rivalries. Their interactions and character arcs are brilliantly executed, making you care deeply about their fates.
One of the most remarkable aspects of "91 Days" is its commitment to historical accuracy and attention to detail. The animation and art style capture the 1920s setting beautifully, from the fashion and architecture to the atmosphere of the time. The attention to detail in recreating this historical period adds an extra layer of immersion, making you feel like you're a part of the world.
The soundtrack and sound design are equally praiseworthy. The music, composed by Shogo Kaida, perfectly complements the dark and intense atmosphere of the show. It enhances every scene, whether it's a tense standoff or a quiet, character-driven moment. The voice acting, both in the original Japanese and English dub, is top-notch, with the actors delivering outstanding performances that breathe life into the characters.
In addition to its thrilling narrative, "91 Days" also explores profound themes like the cycle of violence, morality, and the consequences of revenge. It challenges the viewers to question their own values and ponder the thin line between right and wrong, making it much more than just a typical mafia story.
In conclusion, "91 Days" is a brilliant anime that stands out in its genre. It's a gripping tale of vengeance, betrayal, and the mafia, with characters you'll remember long after the final credits roll. If you're a fan of intricate plots, morally complex characters, and atmospheric storytelling, this anime is an absolute must-watch. Brace yourself for a thrilling journey into the heart of the Prohibition era's darkest secrets, and enjoy every moment of this anime masterpiece.

It tells the story of a young woman named Suzu Urano, who lives in Hiroshima during World War II. The manga follows her life as she experiences the hardships of war, including air raids, food shortages, and the loss of loved ones. While the story of In This Corner of the World is certainly emotional and poignant, there are several aspects of the manga that make it a disappointing read.
Firstly, the artwork in this manga is subpar. While some readers may argue that the simplistic and minimalist style of the art adds to the emotional weight of the story, I found it to be a
...
major detractor. The character designs are unremarkable, and the backgrounds lack detail and depth. It often feels as if the artist simply rushed through the artwork to get the story out.
Additionally, the pacing of In This Corner of the World is painfully slow. The manga spans several years, and while this allows for a more nuanced portrayal of the effects of war on daily life, it also means that the story can feel meandering and unfocused at times. The author spends too much time on unimportant details, such as Suzu's cooking and cleaning routines, instead of delving deeper into the characters' emotions and experiences.
Moreover, the characters in In This Corner of the World are shallow and one-dimensional. While Suzu is meant to be the protagonist, she is often overshadowed by other characters who are given more depth and development. The supporting cast, including Suzu's husband, Tetsu, and her sister-in-law, Keiko, are much more interesting than Suzu herself, which makes it difficult to care about her fate.
Furthermore, the dialogue in this manga is stilted and unrealistic. The characters often speak in cliches and platitudes, which makes it hard to believe in their emotional struggles. The author also relies too heavily on narration to convey the characters' thoughts and feelings, rather than allowing their actions and dialogue to speak for themselves.
Overall, In This Corner of the World is a disappointing manga that fails to live up to its potential. The lackluster artwork, slow pacing, shallow characters, and unrealistic dialogue all combine to create a lackluster reading experience. While the story of Suzu and her struggles during World War II is certainly important and poignant, this manga fails to do it justice. I would not recommend this manga to anyone looking for a compelling and emotionally resonant read.

Ao Haru Ride, also known as "Blue Spring Ride," is a 2014 anime adaptation of the shoujo manga series written and illustrated by Io Sakisaka. I was excited to watch the anime adaptation as I had heard good things about the manga, but unfortunately, the anime adaptation did not live up to my expectations.
The anime follows the main character, Futaba, as she reconnects with a childhood friend, Kou, after several years apart. The story had potential, but it was executed in a very cliche and predictable way. The plot was riddled with typical shoujo tropes, such as love triangles and misunderstandings, that made it difficult
...
to take the story seriously. Additionally, the pacing of the anime is slow, and it takes some time for the story to start moving forward.
The animation quality is subpar, and it feels like it's done on a low budget. The animation style is nothing extraordinary, and it doesn't add anything to the story. The character designs are also uninspired, and it's hard to distinguish one character from another.
The voice acting in this anime is also not up to the mark. The voice actors deliver the lines in a monotone way, which makes it hard to feel any emotion from the characters. The background music is also not noteworthy, and it doesn't add any emotional depth to the scenes.
In conclusion, Ao Haru Ride anime adaptation is a letdown. The story is cliche and predictable, the animation quality is subpar, the voice acting is poor, and the pacing is slow. I would not recommend this anime to anyone. It's a waste of time and effort.

Another is a horror anime, but it is more of a mystery for me.
Mystery is handled just right in that it keeps you wondering who is at fault.
And you keep guessing and guessing and guessing. It won't let you be for a second.
You'll want to watch the next episode immediately to find out what is going on in this classroom? Problem is, only in episodes 5-12. I don't know why but for me watching first 4 episodes was pain in my ass. It was so slow and time wasting like nothing before. I think this 4 episodes could be in like 2 episodes. Anyway very
...
good story.
The main character is trying to solve events that occurred in his classroom a long time ago and how it affects what's happening now. He is not stupid or smart. He is just average brain user in anime. Sometimes too much slow thinker but still good. He was completely ignoring every word the other characters were saying. He kept just doing the wrong thing. Bloody bastard.
Although it doesn't have the most well developed characters. For whole episodes they were the same and no one change.
About animation I have nothing to say, it's good i guess. Its 2D, no CGI.
Very good and enjoyable but alone sound can not save the entire anime.
It was a pretty good mystery anime, that's all I can say about it.
Even though it wasn't that creepy, it was disturbing in its own ways
but at the same time, it was all good!
If you like suspense with a touch of horror and mystery, a great choice.

I was just googling some good new movies and come across this on. It was short so I gave it a try. I knew it has some kind of video game or other alternative but i did not try it and this review is ONLY ANIME based. So we can start.
In the first place I was like for who is this anime? For fans of the game? I was like nah it can't be, like, there is literally nothing in the movie that is somehow enjoyeble for me and I dont think that fans would like to see this film too. I doubt anyone came
...
for a few shouting scenes and some monsters in it. What I think is that this anime was for maybe like people who would like to come to this game. It was created like a 1 year anniversary for the game. I think there are for sure better ways how to celebrate. But if community of the game decide themselves I have nothing to say.
I think if they wanted to bring new people to the game they should say something about LORE in the movie, not just put viewers into action without knowledge.
I liked the animation, but that was pretty much it.
Soundtrack and soundeffect was pretty good, can't complain. It was like out of basic anime sounds.

As a whole, for me it doesn't feel like a very well project by the start to the end. Ending was pretty bad too.

I wanted to see this movie for a while now. Finally I had desire and time to watch it and I dont regret it.
Hello World is one of a kind. In start it looks like basic school romance with shy male protagonists who wants a girlfriend. Then story is an intricate and twisty Sci-Fi dimension genre. And I think that's epic. You don't get to watch sci-fi movies like this very often and in my opinion its criminally underrated.
I watched it and i dont understand it fully and i think if i would watch is 2-3 more times i would still not understand what
...
the actual fuck happened there. It is mind blowing stuff right there.
For animations there is used CGI. One moment it look pretty cheap and blank and in few moments surpasses the best CGI anime you can imagine. I think 2D would look better in this anime but I cant say that CGI is bad.
This movie is must to watch with creative story and a unique version of time travel. First half was really nice, but second half could have been better.
