Both animes have unhealthy amount of questionable fan service, yet despite that they are both deep and have very high quality writing and characters.

In both the plot revolves around the main character with bad, but very relatable and still lovable personality. The nature of jokes and the style of facial expressions is very similar too, even though Gokujo is more crazy.

Both leave a very sweet aftertaste from main characters' interaction, even though genres couldn't be more different

If you liked Dr. Stone add

...then you might like Honzuki no Gekokujou: Shisho ni Naru Tame ni wa Shudan wo Erandeiraremasen add

Both focus significantly on restoring technology of the modern civilization in the underdeveloped world with a lot of nice details about how various devices and concepts work. Also in both works the protagonist is portrayed as kind of antihero with no explicit strive for justice, though they still do good in roundabout ways.
