Both are mahou shoujo, and both deconstruct the genre in a pretty interesting way. Madoka leans into more abstract themes, whereas yuki yuuna has a much more direct approach to its theme. If you enjoyed madoka you'll absolutely enjoy this show imo.

Smile Precure!

People like to bash precure as the little-kid mahou shoujo series, but they explore some pretty deep and interesting themes if you give them a chance. Fresh PreCure is probably the closest to a "deep" or "deconstructive" mahou shoujo, but my personal favourite season (smile) is both silly and lighthearted while also being genuinely very emotional at times. If you liked the mahou shoujo aspect of madoka, and wanted a more complete understanding of the genre, precure is a natural first step into the tropes madoka is deconstructing.
