Both are well-paced, although Takane to Hana is more of a slow-burn since it has longer chapters and has a bit more serious approach to slice-of-life. For a 4-koma, Takane no Hana nara Ochitekoi's plot points don't drag on at all and knows when it needs to be serious while still maintaining its carefree high school setting.
