If you like series' that involve the MC being the only male or in a scenario where there's very little men I definitely recommend this manga. The plots are quite different story-wise but they have similar themes with women/men power dynamics. They both have an intense need and scarcity of men. Parallel Paradise has a very different approach compared to World's End Harem that I think is really interesting. If World's End Harem is the more intense bad side Parallel Paradise is seen as the good heroine side of this scenario.

If you liked Boku Girl add

...then you might like Tensei Pandemic add

I'm a major fan of Boku Girl so of course I tried finding manga similar to it in plot/themes all that. Tensei Pandemic is a very good pick if you want to read something like how Boku Girl was. The gender roles, sexuality, dysphoria, etc its interesting to see it portrayed in both of these together. Tensei focuses a lot more on the dysphoria aspect of suddenly switching genders but shows multiple character experiencing it compared to Boku Girl.
