Both are collections of short drama/tragedy stories about teenagers who experience the worst things of life such as drugs, sex, self-harm and bullying. Both mangas deal with depression, desperation, rejection, betrayal and suicide to put an end of all. They show the ugliness of human nature or should I say society? Confidential Confessions is mainly focused on females while Happiness is accents on both genders. What‘s identical here is that they are young people in their school period.

I have never thought that I will find any similarities in these animes (except that they are both long shounens). Those who watched Naruto and Naruto Shippuden will definitely like/love Katekyo Hitman Reborn! (but I can't promise the same if the opposite)... Both Of The Characters: - Start to build their way up and develop their real personality and image from the very 0. Naruto is a recluse, who never had any close or far frinds, because everyone is afraid to mix with him, because of his cursed mark and the rumours about beast, living inside the boy. On the other hand he is a complete looser, who does something silly all the time, sometimes more than one silly thing at a time. He got used to living alone, and even though his new friends don't seem to like him much, that doesn't stop him for aiming to fight and achieve his goals. Tsuna doesn't have many friends and he is used to the live of a loner (loner, not lonely). Unlike Naruto, he has a family and couple of, well, friendly classmates on his side, but he doesn't mind being alone at all. - Have kind hearts, pretty much strong will when it comes to fight and definitely strong will when it comes to protect someone, and fight for justice and rescue the world. - Are said to be leadrers. Naruto's dream is to become a Hokage and protect his friends and village, as a leader. Tsuna has to become a mafia Boss in addition to protect his friends and family. - Have to go through special training to gain enough experience. In addition of becoming stronger and fight for what they one day will achieve, you can see the character total transformation and how are they growing mentally and physically. - Need to tame a *** beast. In The Both Stories: - Elements like Earth, Wind, Mist, Wind, Fire, Water... are used by characters in their fighting techniques.This is adding an unique quality to each character's personality and inner power. - The character chakra/flame has a form of an animal, which along with the elements describes their individual personality.
