Burst Angel is, in short, a typical fan-service shounen that offers up fast action, pretty visuals, and an average storyline, at best. The main characters seem a little hollow, as they have no means of developement whatsoever. The plot is pretty linear and the story itself doesn't really move the story. The art on the other hand, is good. The action scenes are drawn to life with excellent feeling and perception. Each bullet seems to take on a life of its own.
