(bad english and bad review)
Mekakucity Actors is probably my first anime that get me so much hype before it's release, because how much i love the manga, LN, and the music video, but that hype is suddenly goes down after i watch through.
This anime is an adaption of Kagerou Daze, it's a Japanese mixed-media project (straight copy and paste from wiki). A music video basically. This anime is about a boy nam- (nope, i'm not like every reviewers who's telling you what this story is

Story :
The story is pretty much confusing. There's a lot a flashback of every characters that makes you forgot what the main story is. The way they put flashback is always at the wrong times. And the pacing of every episode is not good, and also feel rushed a little bit.
Art :
How do i say this, it's weird, i guess? I know studio Shaft is popular because of how unique they art stye, especially monogatari series, like how randomly the camera angles, the colors, the backgrounds and random things pop out. And this anime looks like that, but less random. The artwork doesn't match up with the theme here. Characters drawing looks very bland. The Animation is decent, but they barely have something is going on.
Sound :
The only thing i love from this anime is probably the music. Before watching this anime, i watch every kagerou daze music video, and i fucking love it. It's very catchy and the lyrics is pretty much like a story telling. Every main charaters have their own music video. I was so happy that they brought some music from kagerou daze to this anime but with different singer (kagerou daze was sing by a vocaloid, in the anime, they using real singer), but it's still good. But they only brought like 5 or six to this anime, but that's ok. The sound effect is....... wait they have one?
The Voice cast is match their characters. except kano, sounds old.
Character :
The Flashback of the characters, sometimes it's really interesting, sometimes it's not. The main characters is pretty much boring and almost no personality. The side characters is probably even better than the MC. The powers they have is pretty much forgetable and only focusing to the story.
Enjoyment/Overall : 6/10
I gotta say, this type of anime is not for me, it's just the way they telling us the story. But the music is really making me force to watch this anime. And there 0 romances in this anime even thought the genre is romance.
