Druaga no Tou: The Aegis of Uruk is an RPG-like anime, with hints of romance, action and fantasy. There's also drama, similar to SAO and girl-in-distress feeling like, sometimes. I advise you to try it

The most similar anime to Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari, firstly they are done by the same creators and they both are spin off from the Tenchis Original Series. But, besides that: They shares the same harem ending, they both have an amazing male leader who's been sexually harassed by the female leaders (mainly by one), we may say that Kenchi is far better than Seina, but they both rock.

They are totally different in the atmosphere but they both are seinen, and they both share a Mature Romance plus the main character in both is an awesome businessman, who is an adult with his own moral for good. If you like Arakawa, you may like Salaryman Kintarou.

Indeed, even if their atmosphere are totally different (salaryman is more serious and Rec more romantic comedy), they both have three important elements: 1.Realistic Problems, based on work or on relationships (boss-employed, etc) 2.Mature Romance, for once, if thats you're looking for. 3. The World of the Business, but it's a little better represented on Salaryman Kintarou

Mature Seinen with Adults. Of course, besides that Yajima and Eikichi share the same "badass motorist" past and the posterior "good boy but respected present", both of them are MasterPieces, in both of them the mature romance is well represented (in Salaryman Kintarou a little better)...And the life is not as sweet as other mangas neither as dark, They are realistic, and their main characters are two of the most charismatic and interesting characters ever done.
