A bit of spoiler for what type of ending this mahwa has but that's all!
The story itself is good in my opinion, it has a proper reason and backstory as why certain characters act the way they are and the author smart in ending each episode to keep the reader on their toes until the end. The ending is satisfying enough to give the reader the closure they need to the main problem and the author choosing a bit of bittersweet ending is just great. (but the way I see it, it's more like a happy ending because the main character honestly just need each

The art is good! Might be not that memorable because it's good but I can't point out a specific way to describe it. A typical manhwa's art with full color and all, but the artist knows which scene need more attention to details to capture the feeling of what's going on and that's great!
But gotta be honest, some reader might be have a bit of a problem with this type of story because the Jiwoon has a bit of extreme obsessive side for Suha. Despite the negative comments I've read before I decided to read My Suha, I feel like they just can't comprehend Jiwoon's feeling and trauma which cause him to act the way he act. I'm not saying it to justify what he did, but many of them act like he's not beating himself up after realizing what he did was wrong and actually trying to get better for Suha.
