First off, this isn't a review for just part 6. Since this is the last part, I decided to review Digimon Tri as a while here.
I really really wanted to love this series, but it just was a disappointment. Starting off with part 1, it was more or less just an introduction to the series. It was a bit slow, but I'll let the pace go on this one.
Part 2's pacing was pretty bad. But I loved how they gave character development for Mimi and Joe. I am serious these two honestly got fantastic development, but unfortunately the majority of this part was
...
a culture festival and hot springs. It wasn't until the very end of this part where we finally got the real conflict of Tri introduced.
Part 3.... was absolutely brilliant. The emotion, the pacing, the storytelling, everything was amazing. I did not expect the ending of the fourth episode to happen the way it did, I did not expect the tears it would make me cry, but man was this part powerful. Unfortunately all good things come to an end.....
....Part 4 was absolutely horrible. BIG SPOILERS upcoming. In this part all of the digidestined are struggling with the fact that their digimon partners do not have any memories of them. But that's ok, everyone just starts talking with their partners, and BOOM, they all become friends again because their bonds are too strong to break. In fact their bonds are so strong, that they reconnect in one episode. Well this is true for everyone except for Sora and Biyomon. So why do these two not get along, even though Sora's crest is the crest of love... well fucking plot device. Seriously this is it, the only reason the two don't get along is so that they have a story they can drag out for the ENTIRE FOUR FUCKING EPISODES!!!!!
Part 5. The pacing was off, but this was actually a good episode. They are now back in the real world where there is panic happening due to the digimon attacking. They actually get arrested because they are in cahoots with the digimon. But thankfully they are saved by Nishijima. Oh by the way, him and Himekawa are revealed to be part of the former digidestined that we heard about all the way back in part 1. I freaking loved this, not only that, but I loved how they made the story tragic.
Part 6..... it was a very mixed ending. On one hand, they made the ending something you wouldn't expect from Digimon, on the other hand, the handling of the 02 kids made me very angry. They have been gone this whole time, and none of the original kids were worried about them at all..... it just made no sense what so ever.
So all in all, there were good parts about Digimon Tri, but at the end of the day, the story was a mess. They didn't seem to know where they were going with the series, like nothing was preplanned at the beginning. This is exactly why 02 wasn't as good as 01, they had general ideas, but did not plan out a whole story

Before I even start the review, I would like to mention this is based off of the anime only.
Story 6/10
I have to admit Shippuden starts off weak, but gets better once you reach the Hidan and Kakazu Arc which is the 5th anime arc. Then it keeps getting better until the Shinobi War Arc where both the manga and anime go way downhill. I always found Naruto had the best pacing and the most consistent story out of the big three. Even though many fillers, it wasn't until the War Arc where it started to directly affect the canon material and this was due to
...
canon episodes and filler episodes being mixed together in one arc.
Art 1/10
At first I defended Shippuden's animation because it was just new, not worse. And it was like that for a long time. Then came the famous fight between Naruto and the final Pein where the animation was just horrendous. Then it got a bit better, but when the 5 Kage Summit Arc started, animation began to go downhill. The point where I stopped defending the animation was the double episode 220 & 221. This double episode was the most inconsistent animated episode I have ever seen. Even if you are an anime only watcher, you could tell canon from filler just based on how the scene was animated. I am serious on this. But that wasn't even the worst yet! And the next example I am going to use may not be either since at this point it is only at episode 321, and unfortunately the animation may get even worse. Anyways the worst animated was episode 298. This was the first episode of a 2 episode fight; the fight Naruto and Killer B vs Itachi and Nagato. Don't get me wrong episode 2 was also bad but this was worse. Not only did the characters look like rag dolls swinging around when they fought, but Itachi didn't even look like Itachi. At least in episode 2 he looked like himself. And BTW these were canon episodes.
Sound 9/10
I've always like the openings and endings better in Shippuden than in Part One. I guess they are more of my type of music. As for the soundtrack, it was different than Part One, but I enjoyed it just as much. I have always found that the OST's in both Part 1 and 2, were matched perfectly with the scene and the music is just really overly well done.
Characters 5/10
Why I am giving this such a low score is because all attention is focused on either Naruto or Sasuke and every other character that showed promise in part one, seemed to be instantly dropped from the canon material. At least the fillers gave them a bit of spotlight, but in my opinion it was by no means enough.
Enjoyment 6/10
Why I am giving this such a low score is because of all the filler that interrupts the series. Now that wouldn't be necessarily a bad thing if the filler was good, but its just really bad; except for the Konoha History Arc which was done well.
Overall 5/10
Face it, Shippuden just isn't as good as part 1. Maybe if Masashi Kishimoto would have focused on making more characters a part of part two and he paid even a little attention to what goes on in the anime, it might have been decent.

Brief Synopsis
Digimon Adventure 01 or more simply known as Digimon season 1 in North America is about seven who have gone to camp for the summer when it starts snowing. While snowing seven mysterious gadgets fall from the sky. When they pick them up, they are transported to another world. When they wake up in this world, they are not really sure where they are. All they know is each one of them has this tiny creature following them around who introduce themselves as digital monsters, or digimon for short. Upon arrival they also meet their first enemy, Kwagamon, a huge digimon who
...
chases the eight children onto a cliff. With nowhere else to turn their digimon partners begin attacking the Kwagamon. Their digimon though, are too small and not powerful enough to even put a scratch on it and get sent flying back when Kwagamon strikes back. The children rush over to their hurt partners as Kwagamon gets ready to attack again. With the children frightened they stand tall to fight again. That's when a light shines down upon each of their digimon. Each changes to a new form. With this new stronger form, the seven digimon are able to push back Kwagamon. The children later learn that this process in which the digimon change is called digivolving. This is made possible through their digivices; the gadgets which they received from before. The digivices are also how they were transported to this new world, the Digital World. As the series continues the seven children, known as the digidestined, find many new adventures while facing many new enemies and challenges. As the children get stronger, those enemies and challenges also become stronger. One of their most challenging obstacles is one another. They soon learn that to get back home, they will have to put aside their differences and work as a team; and it is definitely easier said than done. The enemies they meet challenge their teamwork even greater. They push the children to their limits; even when they meet the mysterious eighth digidestined. But with their digimon to help them along, they know they can overcome every challenge they're faced with.
Review
Story 9/10
A survival story where people get pulled into a new and mysterious world is by no means a new idea, but what matters is how its put together. The story seemed to flow smoothly from start to finish. That is not an easy thing to do. The way the author created the many types of digimon, their digivolutions, and even the world where they lived was imaginative. All in all the story along with the characters, made for a very enjoyable series.
Characters 8/10
There are many characters in this series. I will briefly describe the main ones:
Protagonists
Taichi "Tai" Kamiya - He is the fearless leader of the digidestined. He is stubborn and quick to act without thinking, but cares deeply about his friends. His digimon partner is Agumon.
Yamato "Matt" Ishida - He is Tai's rival. He is the loner. His digimon partner is Gabumon.
Sora Takenouchi - The tomboy who is the motherly figure of the group. Someone everyone looks up to. Her digimon partner is Biyomon.
Mimi Tachikawa - The spoiled rich girl who always complains, but is also sensitive and caring. She grows the most throughout the series. It can also be said she is the most "real" character. Her digimon partner is Palmon.
Koshiro "Izzy" Izumi - The brain of the group. He is always looked to when there's a problem. His digimon partner is Tentomon.
Joe Kido - The reliable guy who is always prepared no matter the situation. He worries a lot about danger and tries to act of the voice of reason, even though most of the time the others don't listen. His digimon partner is Gomamon.
Takeru "TK" Takashi. - Matt's younger brother. He is always smiling. As he grows up, he becomes more dependable. His digimon partner is Patamon.
Hikari "Kari" Kagiyama - Tai's younger sister. She is kind and gentle. Her digimon partner is Gatomon.
Antagonists
Devimon - The digimon who rules File Island with his black gears.
Myotismon - A cruel, vampire like digimon who travels to the real world to find the eighth child.
Metal Seadramon - The Dark Master who rules the ocean. He is arrogant and short-tempered. He would rather quickly finish his enemies unlike the other Dark Masters.
Machindramon -The Dark Master who rules the city. He is very smart, ruthless and sadistic. He would rather play with his enemy's head.
Puppetmon - The Dark Master who rules the forest. He is very child like, spoiled and immature. He loves to torture his enemies.
Piedmon - The leader of the Dark Masters. He is the most cruel and sadistic. His method of killing uses deception and trickery.
Art 7/10
The art style gives this series a unique flare. It's American and Japan cartoon style almost mixed together.. It definitely might not be the best animation ever but considering this series was from the 90's, they did a pretty decent job. Either way Digimon's style stands out from other animation and you can tell their original signature style anywhere. What I mean by original is that unfortunately a few seasons later the animators decide that they need to change the so well known style.
Sounds 8/10
1) Soundtrack
The Japanese soundtrack is better. The opening Butterfly being one of my fave anime openings of all time. But the English opening is one that is very recognizable and gives you a feeling of nostalgia if you watched it when you were younger.
2) Voice Acting
The voice acting was a lot smoother in the Japanese dub. The English I find a bit annoying now when I go back and watch it. As a kid I did not notice much since I, well, was a kid. But I'll admit it's one of 4Kids "better dubs".
Enjoyment and Overall 9/10
I very much enjoyed this series. It was humorous and light but also had its more serious and dark moments. I would recommend this series to anyone. If your older and can read sub-titles, I would definitely give the Japanses/English Subbed version a try.

STORY 10/10:
Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch is the 1st of two seasons of the series more commonly known as Code Geass. This series is about Lelouch vi Britannia who lives under his alias Lelouch Lamperouge, the name taken from his mother. When he was 10 years old his mother died while his sister Nunnally became paralyzed from being shot in both legs and also became blinded. Lelouch was angry at his father and King of Britannia, Charles, over this incident and threatened to renounce his entitlement to the throne. Unexpectedly his father already had plans to send him and his sister to Japan so they
...
could be used as political hostages. While there they stayed with the Prime Minister's family, the Kururugi's, where he met Suzaku who became his best friend, even though they never got along at first. After the Britannian Empire created Knightmare Frames (fighting robots/ mechs), they quickly took over Japan, leaving Lelouch and his sister without a place to go until they were taken in by the Ashford family and given a room at their academy.
Charles view of the world is stern; there are winners and losers, the rich and poor, and those at the bottom will never succeed. Lelouch swore after everything that happened, he would make a fair world so his sister could have a chance as well as find out about his mother's death. But to do this he would need power, authority, money, a team, and a way for no one to recognize him. He thought he would need to wait a long time for all of this to come together, but then he meets a mysterious girl named C.C. who makes a contract with him in order for her to get one wish and Lelouch to get a geass. The geass is an eye power that is different for every user. Lelouch can use his geass to control anybody with a gaze in their eyes, but can only use it once per person. After receiving the Geass he leads a group of rebels through radio into defeating Clovis. After this he dons his new outfit and mask to become Zero, the knight of justice.
Art 9/10:
You would think an action series would use a shonen style, but on the contrary, it uses CLAMPS's, a shoujo style wich surprisingly goes well with the series. Its refreshing to see this rather than the same old shonen style.
Sound 7/10:
In my opinion the OST's were average, not great but not bad wither. As for the openings and endings, well, they just weren't my type of music.
Characters 10/10:
Code Geass has a wide variety of characters ato like, and well, dislike. But in this review I will focus on the 4 main characters:
Lelouch vi Britannia is an extremely intellegent high school student who doesn't take his studies or his postion of Vice-President on the Student Council too seriously. He is calm, sophisticated, and arrogant due to his upbrining. Even so he is righteous and noble by nature he has a belief that he must commit evil to destroy an even greater evil. At first his goals are a bit selfish but, he comes to realize that his goal can become good for the entire world. He also has a habit of blaming everything on himself, whether or not he is at fault. And though he can be merciless on the battlefield, he truly cares for his friends at school and his comrades on the battlefield.
Suzaku Kururugi wants to change Britannia just like Lelouch, but believes violence will not solve anything. He is naieve belief that Britannia can be changed for the better. This huge difference of beliefs between him and Lelouch eventually leads them to become rivals. Then mortal enemies after Zero kills Suzaku's love in which he loses some of his naivety and no longer believe that killing will no longer solve anything. Since he wants nothing more than Zero dead.
C.C. is a mysterious girl who can grant the powers of the Geass among anyone who she deems fit. She is quite cold and emotionless, but over time begins to care about Lelouch more than just someone she wants to use to get her wish.
Kallen Stadtfeld/Kozuki is a half Britannian on her father's side and a Japanese on her mother's. She also has a low temper, is very stong willed and sometimes impulsive. Despite all of this she is sensitive and gentle. She can come off to people at first as cold and ruthless, but cares deeply for her teammates and especially for Zero which grows as the series goes on.
Enjoyment 10/10:
At first I thought I wouldn't like this series because I hate mech series, but soon came to realize that this story has a deep plot with many twists that you can just not stop watching.
Overall 10/10:
I would reccommend this series to anyone 14+ because it does have violence and blood as well as dark themes. As for genre, don't worry what type of series you are into because I promise you that this is a series anybody would enjoy.

STORY: 9/10
Digimon Adventures 02 contiues 3 years after Taichi, Yamato, Sora, Mimi, Jyou, Koshiro, Takeru, and Hikari travelled to the digital world for the very first time. The series starts with 3 new chosen children, Daisuke, Yolei, and Iori, who get a new digivice model which was sent flying from the computer after Taichi touches the digimental with the crest of courage on it. These new digivices allow the new children to not only open the gate to the digital world anytime they please, but they also allow for a new type of digivolution, the armor digivolve. But these three are not the only ones
...
who get new digivices, but also Takeru and Hikari from the first season. The chosen children team up in the first half of the series to fight against the evil Digimon Emperor, whose not only a human boy genius but is also another chosen child, Ken Ichijouji.
ART: 7/10
The artwork was not amazing but wasn't too bad either.
SOUND: 8/10
The music was pretty good but not as much as the first season.
CHARACTERS: 7/10
Daisuke: He is the crazier and more annoying version of Taichi.
Yolei: I have one word to describe her...annoying
Iori: Nothing comes to mind but boring.
Hikari: Has matured from 01. But is still the same sweet girl who would go do anything for anyone no matter the cost for her. Not a bad thing. Actually this adds a bit of depth to her character.
Takeru: Honestly I see him more as the new leader than Daisuke. He's gotten more mature, has gotten guts, but also has brains. He is also still affected by what happened to Angemon during their first battle with a major enemy in Adventures 01, which adds some depth to his character.
Ken: He is by far my favorite character in Adventure 02. Even though you start of despising him with every being, after Wormon's death and his realization that the digitalworld isn't a game, his charcter really starts to shine brightly. This new character depth comes from his backround story and honestly he is the only new character who I care about in this season.
The only problem I have with Ken is the fact that the stupid writers decided to do part of his backround story as a game called Tag Tamers instead of an OVA or I wouldn't of even minded an extra episode based on the first time he entered the digital world.
ENJOYMENT: 8/10
I found this season quite enjoyable. The story was kept me pretty interested but there were a few episodes that were pretty boring too.
OVERALL: 8/10
Even though there were some things I did not enjoy, it was still overall a great season and I would definately reccommend you give it a watch. Its probably better if you haven't seen this season to watch the first season as well as the first 2 Japanese dubbed movies. The first English dubbed movie contains the first 3 Japanese Dub movies cause they were all a half-hour long.

If you love the horror genre I highly reccommend you check out this series.
Yuki is a 13 year old boy who writes diaries in his phone about what's going on around him. He has no friends except for his, what he thinks, are his imaginary friends Deus Ex Machina and Muru Muru. One day he wakes up to find already written entries in his diary for his morning surroundings. Turns out to his surprise these are predictions. He follows these predictions for a couple weeks and out of nowhere the class beauty Yuno starts talking to him. She mentions Muru Muru to his shock.
...
She advises he doesnt use his phone anymore cause he is in danger. He ignores her but then finds himself in trouble when a guy (who is later revealed to be his homeroom teacher Takao Hiyama) tries to kill him. A dead end appears on his phone, signifying he is about to die, and when close to his death he throws a dart at Hiyama and destroys his phone which he disappears into a mini black hole. He then finds himself is Deus's world and he is sent to a space where he sees shadows of 11 small platforms and and only 10 people who are shadowed, but he does recognize Yuno. Deus says he is the God of Time and Space and he is about to die and has choosen 12 people to give future diaries to who could be his succesor. He gives them all a number and tells how number one(Yuki) has already defeated number 3 and survived a dead end. Everyone begins to set their eyes on Yuki and decide they want to kill him.
Story: Dont wanna spoil anything but you will love the never ending twists and the unpredictability of the events. WARNING: It is a very addicting series.
Characters: The only word I can use to describe these characters is they are all phycopaths, except Yuki (well at the beginning anyways). The one character who stands out and is my favorite in the series and my favorite yandere would be Yuno. She is in love with Yuki and will do anything, and I mean anything, to maintain that love. Because of this she can seem to be an ally but can be Yuki's worst enemie at times. Also Yuno is what makes this manga so unpredictable. You'll also love Minene who is number 9. She is a terrorist and loves to bomb things and people up. She starts out as an enemies but as the series progresses she becomes one of Yuki's allies. Im not gonna go into all of the characters but each one is unike.
Art: In my opinion it is not overly to unike but it is very well drawn. Lots of blood and gore just for a warning.
Overall I enjoyed the pace of the series, the mostly freaky romance between Yuki and Yuno, the array of characters and just the fact this anime follows the story closely to the original manga.

Bleach was the first manga I read. In the beginning it was a great story with great characters, but after the Soul Society Arc the quality in drawings, story, and characters went down and down and down.
At first the drop in quality wasn't overly bad. The Arrancar Arc had some great points. We found out that his father wasn't just a human which was a bit of a twist. A new character, Shinji, was also introduced and revealed to have the same powers as Ichigo. We had an understanding of what arrancar and vizards were. And the fights were pretty decent.
The Hueco Mundo
...
Arc followed and left us wondering is Bleach turing into a fairytale where the knight, Ichigo, always has to save the damsel in distress, Rukia and Orihime, from danger in a foreign land. I will say there were some cool fights in this arc and we get to find out a bit about Orihime's powers.
The Fake Karakura Town Arc was next and this is where it took a huge drop. The arc was too dragged out. At the end of the arc I felt that it had been as long as it was just for the sake of making readers wait in suspense for the final battle. Besides a few new shikai's and bankai's there was no character development, if you can even call that development.
I will tell you the next arc is by far the worst arc in Bleach. I'd advise anyone who is at the end of the Fake Karakura Town Arc to just go on Bleach Wiki and read through the summary and then start at chapter 459. Cause trust me NOTHING HAPPENS.
I'd overall give this manga a 7/10 cause I really don't want to down the great story in the beginning.

First off I've only watched the first 2 episodes. Which I was actually amazed I watched the second episode because the first one....I just dont know where to begin. Saya in all the rest of the Blood series was this bad ass fighter who'd kill you if you got in her way. Seriously how does a character go from that to skipping along in a park singing a cheezy song. This has got to be the WORST sequel of any anime that I've ever watched.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Naruto is an excellent series about a 12 year old boy named Naruto Uzumaki who wants to become Hokage, leader of Konaha the Hidden Leaf Village of the Fire Country. The problem for him is, first he is horrible at ninjutsu and has failed the final exam at the ninja academy 3 times which if was not bad enough he is the Jinchuriki (a human vessel), of the Kyuubi, the 9 tails demon fox, that was sealed within him at birth by Minato, who was the 4th Hokage. For this reason he is tormented by the villagers, his classmates and even his teachers. They blame
...
him for the death of their beloved leader. Things change for him in the first episode after Iruka, his sensei at the ninja academy, saves him and shows that he is cared about, and to top things off makes him a ninja.
The first thing I'll mention first about the series is, that its long and feels like it takes forever to answer questions at times. But on a good note, at least unlike some series the many posed questions throughout the series get answered.
There's nothing I hate more in a series than when the characters obtain powers with no explanation. At least you do not have to worry about this in Naruto cause the powers of ninjutsu are almost all explained in the 1st season except for change of nature and elements which is focused on in the 3rd season of part 2.
Character development is great for all the main and main-supports in part 1, but in part 2 it mainly focuses on Naruto and his rival and best friend Sasuke Uchiha. In my opinion I like this in one way cause to be truthfully honest some characters are boring and will never go anywhere. But on the other side some characters I really enjoyed from part one like Neji, Lee, and Chouji are rarely shown in part 2.
The artwork is fairly good. It definately gets better throughout the chapters. Though sometimes I find that later on in part 2 there seems to be some inconsistency problems. The excellent writing though takes this problem away.
Overall I really enjoy reading this manga and would reccommend it to anyone whether you're not into the genre of action or fantasy or even if you're not into manga/anime all that much, because the messages within the story are so inspirational and you can really connect with the characters.
I overall would give this a 9/10.
